Clark Perry was terrific to work with. They did a porch rebuild for us which included replacing some large beams and moving portions of the roof. He worked with us on pricing the project and explained to me how each step would go. He always answered phone calls and if not possible would return the call quickly. The completed project was done on time with no hassles on our end. The final project looked better than it ever had before. The construction and paint job came out great and add a great look to the front of the house. I would use Clark Perry Construction again-Very professional, reliable and courteous.

Overall, was very pleased with Clark Perry. Communication was complicated by the fact that I am in a different state from the project. I have seen pictures of the job and am satisfied with the workmanship and appreciate his flexibility due to an error which occurred because we were not able to talk directly.
