Clark and his workers did a great job rebuilding our balcony. It's much more sturdy than the old one, and it looks better too. They were efficient, friendly and very clean. I highly recommend this team and will hire them again.

Clark saved the day for us! We had hired an unlicensed carpenter to do the work for us (on recommendation of a friend) which turned out to be a disaster. We hired Clark to fix the problems that were caused by the other carpenter and he and his crew did all the work in a very reasonable time frame and for a very affordable cost. The work quality was excellent and it is obvious that Clark is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in his craft! Thank you Clark Perry!

I met with a lot of contractors before I hired Clark. I hired Clark because I liked him and felt he was extremely intelligent and capable of handling the job. I was right and feel lucky to have found him. My work on my both decks turned out to be a very major job. Clark was honest and upfront about all the work that needed to done and walked me through the process explaining and showing me why things needed to be fixed. To add extra challenges to the job he helped me handle my very difficult tenant that was living there during the construction. I am planning on doing more remodeling in the future and can't wait to work with Clark and his crew again. Clark and his crew did a great job of renewing our deck and patio cover. He was able to start the job right away and finished the project on time. The crew were very courteous and hard working. The job entailed replacing several rotted boards, sanding and repainting the entire structure. It looks good as new.

So happy we hired Clark Construction for an attic truss repair - these guys are great. We had a home inspector and structural engineer come out and share that we had cracked trusses which needed to be repaired. Perry recommended some things like screws over nails for the trusses - the nails were used every 6 inches and along with poor attic insulation had dried & cracked the length of the truss. The guys working ensured the carpets and things were covered when they went in & out of the attic and were very polite & respectful. The repair was what I would describe as "overdone" but in the best way possible. So happy. Highly recommend!

Clark was always on time. Professional in his work. Tedious in the details. Concerned for quality, craftsmanship and never cut corners or used less than quality materials and installation methods. When we discovered dry rot Clark proceeded to do work, on a change order basis and performed the work flawlessly coordinating with sub contractors so the work was done seamlessly.

Clark is prompt, professional, friendly, and competent. He returned e-mails and phone calls within a few hours and was super punctual for scheduled appointments. The dry rot repair on my patio was minor, yet taken seriously. I am very happy with how quickly the repair was performed, and with the outcome. Clark refused to cut corners and really had my back. He made sure work was done with an eye to safety, quality, and durability. His workers were all top notch and treated my home with respect. The work they did on my living room and attic exceeded my expectations and improved the function and beauty of my home immeasurably.
