Not only will I recommend Joe, but I will use him in the future. Not only is he knowledgeable and priced right... but his customer service is excellent. He gave a lot of personal attention, follow up, and did not try to sell me on things that I did not want or need. Several other companys tried to sell me on a maintenance plan during the first phone conversation. I am moving into a new home and do not know what kind of maintenance I will need!!! He gave me information but it was not a hard sell. I appreciated that!! He also gave me all kinds of tips on where to look and what to do to prevent problems.. even before his bid was accepted. That information was very much appreciated.
