Joe came out and was very professional and gave us some great tips on what we could do regarding our pest control issue.

Joe was great, responded promptly, answered all of my questions, and arrived on time for our appointment. Had him spray to get rid of black widow spiders and a number of other pests around my house and yard. He did extra spraying around the yard for no extra charge. Price was great, I would recommend. Only time will tell if the spiders are gone for a significant period of time, but I am confident they will be.

Very prompt. Came within a few hours and completed the job. The job was stopping honey bees infestation. I am very pleased.

Last August we had a birdmite infestation. It was hell to diagnose and my wife went through hell from bites. She caught a couple under scotch tape, which her dermatologist identified. Orkin sent out a guy who tried to convince us they were bedbugs (they don't treat birdmites--few people do). We used this service and Joe Oufalian responded immediately. He tried spraying and interior fumigating. A week later he repeated the treatment and it worked. Miracle! Plus, he's friendly, professional, fair-priced, and took the attitude that our problem was his problem. We still cross our fingers and don't let any new birds nest on our porch.

The owner, Joe, came out to my house to give the estimate. He was very thorough and honest. His rates for the job were reasonable. He had his assistant do the work however, he came back to the house to check that the work done was to his specifications & it was. He also made a screen cover for the crawl space opening to the area where they worked & was very conscientious to the details of the job. I am very satisfied.

I had a rat problem after the rainy weather we had. Joe came, set traps, went under my house to look for dead rats, and came back to check his traps. He also closed up the areas from the outside where rats might be getting in. He did a great job.
