Joe from Bugs A to Z contacted me after my request through ServiceMagic. I had work done not to long ago due to rodent problems. Joe came out and identified areas that the previous exterminator had missed. He was very thorough and provided me with a reasonable estimate. He completed the work very professionally and even checked back to make the issue was resolved. I am very happy with his work and would strongly recommend him.

I called Joe to check out his services and costs. My concern is that his spray is safe for my pets but also kills the spiders I'd been having major problems with! He was very prompt in all his responses via text to my questions. And even came out right away to do the job. He recommended coming back two days later in order to let things dry since we couldn't open the windows for a few hours and my dog and bunny and cats were all wrangled inside! It would be chaos if he tried to do everything at once. So that was nice! The rosemary treatment for the inside smelled great an is safe for my animals. I definitely recommend him to anyone!

I TOUTH IS WAS GOING TO WORK BUT IT DID NT IHAVE MORE ROACHES THAN BEFORE SUPOSSE THEY USED ALOT OF POISONS I JUST WASTE MY MONEY CAUSE I LL HAVE TOBUY MORE SPRAY BEFORE THERE WERE JUS A FEW ROACHES THAT I WANT TO GET RID OF NOW I SEEN IT EVERYWHERE AROUND MY KITCHEN IT IS ANONYING I AM JUS PISS OFF

Joe's great! He's been very helpful, easygoing and good at his job. So far he caught 5 rats in our crawlspace and the service is affordable. He also responded promptly when contacted through Service Magic and came out the same day we spoke, which was a Sunday! I would use his service again if needed.
