They were excellent.

I went to the 1-800-got-junk website around 11am and scheduled a same day appointment for time block 5pm to 7pm. Got a call from the office a few minutes later to confirm the appointment. After 3pm, got a call from one of the workers to say they will be out within the two hour time slot after 5pm. The truck and two employees (Charles and Rudy) showed up around 6pm. I showed them my junk (stove, pool table, electronic equipment, garden equipment, fertilizer, remodeling supplies, various household items, etc.) and was given an on-site quote estimate of around $370. I authorized the work and the two representatives put my junk in their truck. It took about an hour to finish the work. They looked at how full the truck was (they charge by truck load space) and gave me the final bill of $379. I paid by credit card since they had a mobile credit card machine. Finally, they drove off and my junk was gone. Charles and Rudy were very friendly, informative and efficient in removing the junk. It was also nice to be able to get the work done the same day.

very very well. impressed with professionalism and quality of job. per their online information, they have the largest trucks. prices comparable with other rubbish services. nice thing about the service is that they give you an estimate for free on the day you schedule them to come, then you can decide if you want them to proceed. They take all the trash for you to the truck, just sit back and direct the flow of rubbish.

They were good and came on time, but expensive. They wanted $1100.00 for the job. They did haul away other stuff, but I did not have them haul away the boat and trailer.

I called the listing for the local guy in my area, and found out they are franchised and schedule from the 800 central number. I called that number, they were polite and helpful. Asked when I wanted them to come and I said now. They said how about 1 hour. I said OK. 1 hour later, they came, removed all the junk, swept out my garage, did the paperwork, and 15 minutes later, they, and the junk were gone. Perfect. Would I use them again? Yes, I WILL use them again.

Jason and a another driver arrived on time. Making the appointment was easy on-line. I had to call for a price. I was quoted $129.00. When Jason got here, he quoted me $289.00. After going back and forth, we agreed on $164.00. Moved "junk" fast, but scratched up my wood floors in removing beds.
