( We are sorry we do not remodel or update Mobile or modular homes) At BEAR Remodeling we have a Job Minimum* of $4,000 (we are a general contractor) (you may only need a handyman) No writing of insurance estimates we prefer to go after the claim is finished. No Modulars or Prefabricated jobs. We can only meet with the owners(no agents or rentals) We do not take jobs without permits as required by city code.
