Great job great timing

Make sure that your countertops are installed level they did not level mine so they slope back toward the wall. Also the jobsite was left dirty inside and out with debrie and razor blades all over. Glad there are no kids around before I was able to cleanup. Otherwise an exceptional value and a very quick turn around time for Installation I would definitely recommend this company as their quality and craftsmanship I know to be excellent under most circumstances that are not under a super tight budget.

Rann, crew and office went out of their way to do an outstanding job. They answered all our questions and worked to solve challenges, such as keeping the project within our budget. Their work was exquisite. We particularly appreciated Rann's masterful care in the details--his cuts and the perfect vein alignment on quartz seams. We are hiring Rann Valdez again.

They were on time & did a great job

Out of five bids, two including Rann gave me the shorter timeline of about two weeks which fit my needs. The install timing dates were close to what was originally quoted. My calls to their office always went to voicemail and my emails were rarely acknowledged. This required that I make multiple calls and follow up. On close inspection of the install, i found the main seam was high and low, along the same line. During the return call for the fix, the seam was ground down and the gloss finish is gone. After three weeks, no response has come on how to get the finish back the original gloss level. Ill update this when that fix happens but I have to mark them lower based on work quality and earlier office responses back in April/May.

From first meeting to competed counters in kitchen and bath was 8 days. Amazing! I had a short window and Rann was able to get it done. His teams from templating/demo to install were excellent. Attention to detail and precision were as good as I have seen. Highly recommend.

This company was THE ONLY supplier & installer I found in the central Bay Area who was willing to sell & fabricate half slabs/remnants. Being able to hire them saved me literally thousands of dollars. Additionally the staff was friendly, informative & professional. So glad I found them through your site!

I was so impressed with this company and very happy with the results. They are absolutely best! Rann Valdez Stone has a huge variety of countertop quartz and gave me the best quote of 6 from other stone companies. Everything has been completed in one week from templates to installation. They are professional, quick and created no mess during installation. My countertops are awesome! I already recommended them to several other people.

Very good work and reasonable

Don't hire Rann Valdez! We hired Rann to install four countertops for us. He made a mistake and forgot to put edges on our bathroom vanity countertop. Instead of fixing the minor mistake, his workers told him that we said we didn't want edges on the countertop and he believed them! He said we were "taking advantage of him" and we had to push him to finish the project. He was angry but did reinstall the vanity counter with extra shoddy work. He slapped the edges together so that there is an obvious non-matching line, unlike all the other countertops he installed. We only asked him to do the contract work and we paid him immediately for the work. He was vindictive and unreasonable for absolutely no reason. We would never recommend him to anyone.

Replaced about 15+ feet of old tile kitchen counter with granite we picked out. The counter had an unusual corner sink. They did a beautiful job of showcasing the granite. Very professional and great customer service. Since we didn't have a contractor or architect for the project it was great that they took care of it all.

This was a small job replacing an old ceramic counter top for a bar, but they handled it as though it was very important. Great job and would recommend them.
