It went over very well. We didn't question the price as we were in an emergency position, there was water everywhere. They came out the same day to take a look, turned off the hot water, and replaced the heater the next day. I asked him to look at a faucet outside, it was the main turn-off on the house and it wasn't turning. He was able to replace it. He was very pleasant, efficient, and got the job done.

Nothing in life is easy, and the slow drains that I thought just needed to be snaked, turned out to be much more complex than just the snaking process. But, all was taken in stride by the plumber, and he was very patient and took great care to make it all work. I ended up spending much more than I thought I would, as I had already purchased a deal for $200 worth of work, and ending up paying an additional almost $300, but I think it was fair for the amount of energy that had to go into clearing each of 3 slow drains.

Our 50 year old house has a very shallow crawl space with lots of obstructions, so we knew it wasn't to be easy to run a gas line to our new kitchen stove. John came out and found that there was an existing line to an interior closet that had previously housed a hot water heater and recommended we start from there as it would be less expensive. It still took him and a helper some time to get the line in by first pulling a plastic hose through, then using the hose to pull the gas line. They also had to cut and patch a large hole in the closet and add an electrical outlet for the stove. We have a small galley kitchen so it's not easy to get appliances in and out and maneuver under the sink, but they managed to get everything in okay. It took almost a day for them to complete the work. Everything was done professionally and cleanup was complete. We will definitely call John for any of our future plumbing needs.

I phoned, explained problem, asked for estimate if the problem was what I thought it was. I also asked what was the charge to come out if they found no problem. answers: They would not give an estimate with out seeing the problem. There would be no charge to come out if there was no problem. Day of appointment: I was not there, the repairman was on time. This was a possible leaking toilet problem at my tenants residence. The repair man called me after leaving . He reported what he had done to investifgate the problem, including checking the toilet, water meter, etc. He found no problem, and so there was no charge. Yes, I would certainly use them again . I very much appreciate that they did not chage for the service call, and tht they did not do some unnecessary miniscule thing in order to charge me. This is especially true because I had no first hand knowledge of the problem, and had to go by what the tenant told me.

It was difficult to get a hold of A Wright Plumbing and working on their website. It took a couple of days to get a hold of. I had four bids to do the same job and they were definitely the highest priced. After I got a hold of them, they were punctual and responsive.

The job was pretty straight forward. They pulled out the old faucet and plumbing under the sink. Replaced old plumbing with higher quality pvc, tested the system, and were finished in a few hours. No muss no fuss. The plumber was punctual, and described what work he need to do, and explained exactly what was done at completion.

I actually wasn't at home when the repairs were being done. They were very professional and they did a great job. The cleanup was great. They were on time. We had no problems with them. Their price reasonable.

We had a leak in the upstairs, but couldn't determine where it was coming from. It was dripping down onto the kitchen stove, but it was a small leak, maybe a tablespoon full daily. We called A. Wright, after checking with Angie's List. He was prompt and felt that the shower faucet was leaking behind the wall. He didn't charge for the trip. He came back the next day with a new faucet control, but when he opened up the area it was dry. He took the control back and again didn't charge us. Meanwhile, we had the downstairs wall torn out to get rid of mold and moisture.and that crew determined the leak was at the master bedroom toilet,; the toilet mounting flange had shifted, and allowed a small dribble of water everytime the toilet was flushed. Once that was determined, the plumber pulled the toilet, installed a new metal plate to the mounting flange and chenged out a water line that he felt was about ready to go. Considering the plumber had to make three trips, I think his price was fair, but not great. He was on time every trip and knew what he was doing. He cleaned up the work site perfectly and we checked to make sure that there weren't any more leaks - there weren't. I'd recommend this company for my friends and would use them again.

I came home to a ruptured pipe under my kitchen sink. I had to turn the water off to the entire house to stop the gushing water. Since I had just joined Angie's list, I used it and I found A Wright Plumbing, I looked at their reviews and called them. I was told John would be at my house between 2:00 - 4:00 and he was there at 2:00. John fixed the broken pipe, and installed a new facet. John did a very thorough job, "he fixed it the right way". The $800.00 includes my nice new shinny facet that John had to purchase at the local hardware store. They responded quickly, were very professional, we are very pleased with the work John did. Thanks, John, you saved the day!

Most companies insist on doing an on-site inspection first and even though some may waive the inspection fee, it is still a predatory tactic that preys on your desperate situation. I had one of them come to my property and they gave me a quote that is double what A Wright quoted me over the phone (willingly, if I may add). I had a clogged main drain and I have used various plumbers in the past so I know how long the job takes and what it costs. I wish the other plumbing companies are as honest and as upfront as A Wright. The icing-on-the-cake was JC who was very courteous and professional. A Wright is lucky to have him. I will most like need service again in a couple of years so I will surely call them again next time. Thank you A Wright for being honest and punctual.

It is still working very well. He also had to put in a drain and cover plate for both the water and hot water.

I hired A Wright Plumbing to fix a plumbing clog. The service man was late but when he arrived, he completed the job quickly and showed me how to fix the problem in the future. He was very pleasant and efficient. I would definitely hire him again. The job was small so he even gave me a discount on his minimum rate. I would definitely use him again.

Mr. Cooper arrived on schedule, surveyed the problem leaky valve and proposed a fix and a price. I agreed, and he did the work very efficiently. A second water drip from another valve under the kitchen sink made its presence. I asked for a quote to fix it and he came up with an idea for improving the overall valve arrangement. I agreed, he went to town to buy the parts, and had the new installation completed in good time. Mr. Cooper, at my request, also looked at some other plumbing issues in my house, gave verbal estimates and sound advice. He was friendly, efficient and helpful.

Contacted them and they were able to come out quickly given we had to shutoff the water for a couple days. They did a great job in diagnosing the problem, having the appropriate materials readily at hand, and performing the work in a timely fashion. Would definitely use them again!

The only reason that I put "good" on price is that I had not called around to get other bids, so have no idea if this is good or not. But I was satisfied with the service, so still gave an overall rating of "excellent" for this business.

Absoutely the best!!! The granite people put the new countertops in place and then informed us that they would not be drilling the new faucet holes in the plywood (underlayment to the granite), even though we had been assured earlier that they would do so. We had already scheduled A Wright Plumbing to come in the next day at 3:00 to install the new faucets (4 sets). When JC came in at 3:00, we explained to him that we now also needed the faucet holes drilled. At first he didn't think he had the tools with him to do the job. After checking his truck, he said he could do the job but it would take quite a while, so it was up to us. Drilling through plywood for new faucets is fairly difficult and time-consuming. He quoted us a reasonable price, and then even managed to give us a discount for the quantity (4) that he had to do. He then proceeded to work from 3:00 until 8:30 without a break. He worked very hard and did a thoroughly professional and excellent job. It was truly a pleasure to meet someone like JC, who loves his work, works very hard, and is very proficient at his job. If you need a plumber who is honest and who you can rely on, we highly recommend JC from A Wright Plumbing.

I emailed them on Wednesday and they had someone available when I needed them (Friday afternoon). John was prompt, polite and thorough. The lever works perfectly now.

Job was completed in short order as JC had all parts in his truck. JC was very personable and we had a great conversation while he worked explaining what nhe wa doing.

I was very pleased with the level of service. My toilet shut off valve started leaking, and he explained why that particular valve was giving me trouble and needed to be replaced. He gave me the estimate on Sunday but then got me situated until he could come back on Monday which was a considerable cost-savings to me. I appreciated his forwardness about the situation because I did not think to ask if there was different pricing on Sunday evening and he was already there, so he could have just gone ahead with the work and billed me higher. The work he did was great but the service is what really delighted me.
