Very efficient. He needed a part from a local hardware store, came back in a jiffy. Explained the issue thoroughly. Very people oriented, we felt like he really wanted to help.

They ran very late, then tried to get me to wait until the next day. When he found that he had the parts, he went ahead and did the work. I would use them again.

It went very well. Terry called and asked if he could come sooner. He was professional, did a great job installing the faucet and and even ran the dishwasher to check for leaks before leaving. We'd definately use their service again.

They replaced a cupeler on a bathroom drain. I called several other companies and another company even came out to give me a bid for about $500. Well A Wright Plumbing able to do it for $119.00. They were very nice, both in the service and on the phone setting up the appointment. I wished Angie's List would let me give them an A+ and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I used it right away. It was a good experience. I already knew what it was; I had already gotten the replacement part. I would recommend them. It was a good price. I would use them again.

JC was great! He assessed the situation and fixed it quickly and efficiently. He was very and and appeared to be very honest. Another plumber told us that there was a completely different issue that changing the seal on the knob causing the leak, he told us they would have to tear into the wall and it would cost at least over $2000.00 I am really glad I called for a 2nd opinion. What JC did completely resolved the issue :-)

A-Wright Plumbing forwarded my phone call to Leapfrog Plumbing. When Leapfrog called, they did not identify themselves other than I had called for plumbing services. I made the appointment, and after the plumber was done he told me to make the check to Leapfrog! I do not appreciate not knowing who was coming to my house. I am a widow, and I like to check out companies before I let them into my home. I am so sorry they did this. I will not be able to use them in the future.

Work was done quickly and looks wonderful. Quality of work was excellent

Arrived on time. Worked the job in an efficient manner. Was clean. Installer was polite and described to me all he would do and why. I used a coupon provided on Angie's list. Was charged a quoted price for the job plus wax rings. Was reluctant to haul boxes the new toilets were delivered in. Wanted to charge me. I declined but was pleased with his work and tipped the man. He then decided to haul the trash.

We are completely satisfied with it. Everything worked out really good and we were completely satisfied with all of his installation and stuff, there's no questions that we have for him. There's kind of a hole in the drain as well because I gather the reason for that is you could turn it either way and obviously I thought it didn't make sense but I guess if you really looked at it as far as that goes, and then they have to tell you how to buy the tool for it, they do have a tool for it. Everything is all on cart, it's a pretty idea and everything was awesome. They're very professional, courteous, efficient.

He changed the shower head and tested it to be sure it worked properly. JC answered all my questions happily.

We had a plumbing issue at one of our rental unit. I thought its an easy fix, so I sent a handyman over to the property. He spent an hour, looked up and down and couldn't figure out the problem. Then I have to call A Wright Plumbing. The plumber came on time, he is very professional, quickly fixed the problem, cleaned up job site and left within 30 minutes. My tenants were very happy. I will definitely use them again!

JC is great. always helpful, always knowledgeable. I've used A Wright numerous times and their breath of services and quality of services is second to nonw.

We are in the process of buying a house and contacted the service provider A Wright Plumbing on Tuesday afternoon to set-up an sewer inspection date as soon as possible. They were very responsive to our need to have an inspection completed asap and set-up an appointment for Friday morning of that same week. On Thursday we were notified by the home inspector that there was standing water in the sewer line and that we needed to have the line rotor-rooted. When we contacted A Wright plumbing to see if we could add this to the inspection scheduled for Friday, they were very accommodating and were able to make the change to the inspection. The technician arrived on time,was very professional, and very thorough. The results indicated that we would need a sewer line replacement, and even though it was a direct competitor, the technician gave us the name of a company that could do this repair for us.

The repair person was unable to repair the drain and blamed an obsolete drain fitting which may ( or may not have been accurate). The initial "fix" failed, whne they ret'd they conceded that they simply couldn';t make the repair. To their credit they did express concern up front and told me it was at my risk. I did agree and I did pay, but the overall experience was not great

I was not there but he was on time and professional to my daughter. He fixed the problem in good time and we have not had any problems since then. This was he third person out to take care of the job so I am thrilled that third time was the charm in this instance. Yes, it would have been better if the first person did it right but since my husband and I are out of town, we are relieved the problem is solved.

Very helpful, quick response and excellent service. Have had them come to do these repairs over the last 6 months. Offered me alternatives / options for the repairs and helped with calling plumbing fixture company to get parts needed. Came back quickly when hot water heater malfunctioned again to determine new problem. Very kind and easy to work with.

We had leaks on the outdoor water valves. The plumber provided an estimate and then returned to perform the work. It took a few weeks for us to get back to the company, but they had no problem pulling up the estimate they had pulled up before, and sent the same person back to do the repairs. He was friendly, punctual and knowledgeable. On his way out I asked him a general plumbing question and he was able to give me a quick explanation of the issue I was having with one of my faucets. We'll definitely use them again.

It worked out very well. They told me exactly how much it would cost and did the job on time.

My tenant complained of a sewage back up so it was urgent that I get the problem taken care of asap. I was out of the country at the time so I couldn't be there in person. They allowed me to take care of everything over the phone. The city's plumber had already come out to make sure the problem was not on the public end of the problem. A part of it was so I was able to pass that information onto to them. Though I didn't like that a modest charge was added when the job was completed I did very much appreciate their punctuality and responsiveness.
