LeapFrog did everything from A-Z, including determining the best route, getting a permit from the city of Pleasant Hill, and the actual excavation and installation. These folks are outstanding. The entire job required several days given the excavation, installation, new asphalt and new concrete. They were timely, communicated very well throughout the process, discussed options and overall were very accommodating. They did a great job! Maurice (owner), John (operations manager), plumbers David, JC and Gordon, office folks Gretchen, Heather and Angelina were all fantastic. My expectations were met and exceeded. Would use them again for sure and recommend to others!

Arrived on time, did preliminary roto work, turned out to be a much bigger problem, extended to neighbors property, required a bigger capacity snake and water jet, also two camera inspections. Basically Aaron as lead and several others worked for two days on the blockage. Finally repaired as best they could, were always cordial and professional even under duress, and did one day's work for free because they couldn't resolve problem until day two. Great effort. A+

The repairman responded promptly to our desperate call for help and cleared the sewer drain right away.

Finally came out after multiple calls to look at my plumbing and give me an estimate. Never responded back.

Against my better judgement I gave these guys a second chance. I'd used Wright Plumbers last time they let me down but it looks like they've taken them over. So with stopped drains, very little time and a $150 credit they sent me for their super-professional employee they sent to install my tankless water heater, I scheduled the service. 15 minutes in the house. $252. Seems really high for that much time. Won't happen again.

We had an estimate from this company for the work. We had also requested that the plumber who provided the estimate do the work. This was agreed to when the appointment was made, but by the time of the actual work (two days later!), that plumber was no longer with the company, so someone else came. Unforeseen problems under ground raised the price by over 50%. I understand that this happens. However, I felt I had to persuade the plumber to figure out a good clean permanent solution, rather than just working around the obstacles. In the end, I think the work was done well.

I am a huge Leapfrog Plumbing fan. I used A Wright Plumbing before they merged with Leapfrog. Both companies offered high quality and prompt work, reasonable pricing and generally great service. John, their project chief is very responsive and a joy to work with. The entire team was friendly and respectful. I will recommend them to my friends.

Very well, removed defective supply line to stop leak, Tested system.

Called on 2/13 to get estimate on sink replacement. (Same size stainless steel sink in modern home) At first they balked at coming out to Alameda saying they no longer serviced that area. They also thought I wanted to replace a faucet. Once they realized I wanted sink replaced they agreed to come out to give an estimate for $50 which would go towards cost of work if done. They came out on appointed day, and gave me an estimate of $540. They also stipulated that if depth of sink didn't match price would go up. I had brand new in box replacement sink (w/dimensions) there. He said after sink settled it could be different. He mentioned that shut off valve under sink wasn't working and that could be fixed. Normal charge would be $180 but if I had all the work done they would charge $89. I said no thank you and paid them $50 for coming out. I subsequently got other estimates from other co.I decided to have work done with someone else. Since I had $200 work owed me and wasn't eager to have future major work done with this co. I decided to have shut off valve under sink replaced. Paid $119 for $200 worth of work. So seemed reasonable to use it for $180 job. Called them up in morning and again got run around about how they no longer serviced this area but that they would get back to me. Nobody called back. Next day I called Angie's list to get my refund. Thought it would be difficult but to my pleasant surprise it was the easiest thing. 10 seconds after I hang up with Angie's list I get a call from Leapfrog. At this point I wanted nothing to do with them so I didn't answer. They left a message saying they would honor coupon and fix shut off valve but I should go ahead and pay the plumber instead of Angie's list. Unbelievable!

They responded very quickly, got the appointment set up, got the job done in a timely manner, and very professional.

they were tiimely, cleaned up, professional, and appears to be working properly.

Friendly and functional. He fixed problems that other plumbers failed to correct.

Terry did a great job-all of the above-very professional,on time,diagnosed the problem. I have used Roto Rooter in the past with not such good results. My mom used Roto Rooter very recently and had bad experience-they had to come back 3 times for a simple interior toilet repair-she lives in Lafayette,CA. He came and he said that it's going to cost me a lot more and it's just free to fix it myself. he gave me advise to do that because he knew that I was short on cash. He told me what to get and how to do it. I ended not actually using him and ended up doing it myself. I like the customer service part about that. My overall experience was good.

The toilet was cleared, quickly and professionally. Despite my embarrassment over the toilet situation (I think you don't need that detail) the workman was very understanding. He downplayed the situation so as to allay my embarrassment.

I did not have A-Wright plumbing/Leap Frog Plumbing perform the work at the cost that they estimated.

They completed the job in a prompt and professional manner. They did not take credit cards over the phone. As an investor located far away from my property, that became a challenge.

The repair and installation went well and was quick and thorough. He seemed to know exactly what he was doing and the leaking water pipe was completely repaired to my satisfaction.

Even though I called A Wright Plumbing, a different firm showed up. I was told that the owner of A Wright went to work for this firm. (Leapfrog Plumbing). The property was inspected and I was told that a new shutoff valve to the irregation system would have to be installed to isolate the problem. I asked if they can install new hoses to my washing machine while they were here. I was quoted $189.00 for that. I knew that was high, but I figured out of convienice I would let them do that. The next day two plumbers arrived and told me that they were there to install the new hoses. They did not know about the shut of valve. I told them not to do the hoses. They than had me turn on the irregation system and said they did not see any obvious problems. They said I would need a leak detection company to come out. When the leak detection company came out ($350), they did not find any leaks but said the irregation system was throwing out too much water. P.S. - I bought the washing machine hoses at Home Depot for $20 and put them on myself in less than 3 minutes.

I sent message via their website shortly after 8 am. Nothing. So I called about 1.5 hours later. The phone number listed on Angie's List and their website led me to a company called Leap Frog Plumbing. Not cool. Got online with another company, they called me back, and I had an appointment same day within 20 minutes. It's now 3 hours after my first email and no response. And they said they would contact me shortly. Hardly.

Drain was totally plugged. There is still some debris (mud?), but this is probably due to a dip/break in the pipe. Drain should drain away all roof runoff except in a true downpour. We'll see. I had a very difficult time scheduling this because of various personal difficulties and conflicts. They were exceptionally flexible and responsive.

The service was awesome. They were on time, professional, and the price was fair.

Would have liked a narrower window than 2h for the original estimate to take place, but when it did so it was quick and the technician was able to give me a quote on the spot for the work. That quote was about $1,000 less than a quote I got from another company I'd found on Angieslist. Both companies were good to deal with, I went with Leapfrog on price. Install went without any fuss. Installers were scheduled to arrive in a window from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., got a call from the Leapfrog office saying they were on the way during the first hour of that window. The guys showed up and got to work, were done by mid afternoon. Only tiny ding would be that I'd expected the (Leapfrog-arranged) electrician to run a socket adjacent to the new heater the same day, and it was only at the end of the day that it became clear he wouldn't and need to temporarily run an extension cable instead. Not a big deal. The technician explained the install and walked me through the basics of the heater. The existing tank heater was removed and lines capped off as part of the service.

Easy to schedule via email and telephone. Responsive to request for location of valve and color of box. Plumber arrived on time and was courteous and professional. Work was completed on time and done well. A couple months later, I noticed moisture on the valve cover and the valve. I thought the valve might be leaking. The company returned and did a leak test as well as examined the valve. They determined it was condensation. They did not charge for the visit. I would use A Wright in the future.
