Description of Work: Leap Frog employee replaced two parts I had purchased in my KWC kitchen faucet. Kevin the service person was very conscientious. He wanted to make sure he did a perfect job.

Description of Work: They were punctual and professional. The plumber was friendly and focused on the task at hand (unclogging our kitchen sink) until it was done and it took about an hour. I would recommend them and use them again.

Description of Work: I had my sewer back up on Easter Sunday. Leapfrog was the third plumber I used that week. After great frustration with the two prior plumbers and no solution and $577 later, I joined Angie's List and found Leapfrog. I called and Maurice got on the phone with me, listened to my details carefully and scheduled an appointment. His two man team came out and ran a camera down my 115' line and found the blockage at 160'. They called out their expert for a second opinion who arrived within 30 minutes. All three of them helped diagnose the problem determining that the blockage was in the county line. I was impressed with several aspects of Leapfrog: 1) Maurice for his concern and for taking the time to listen to me on the phone for approximately 15-20 minutes, 2) Arrival during the scheduled appointment window, 3) their professionalism, courtesy and expertise, and 4) the importance of getting the diagnosis correct. Women will be especially appreciative of being taken seriously and not being taken advantage of by this company.

Description of Work: A couple of weeks ago I consulted Angies list for a plumber and chose "A Wright Plumber". I paid for the $119.00 coupon and indicated on your site that I would like to be contacted by the company. I didn't hear from them but the next day I received an email from Angies list asking whether or not "A Wright Plumber" had contacted me. I replied that I had not yet heard from them. Angies list then followed up with another email stating that they would reach out to A Wright Plumbing for me. After waiting a week for A Wright Plumbing to respond to the two attempts (Angies list and mine) to get them to contact me, I gave up and found another plumber. Angies list subsequently refunded the $119.00.

Description of Work: Replaced kitchen faucet and changed some valves that were leaking.

Description of Work: We had a leaking toilet which JC from A Wright looked into the problem caused by poor workmanship by two previous vendors - first by one who put in the tile floor and installed the new toilet the second a plumber who tried to fix the problem caused by the first vendor. JC was able to stop the leak and prevent continued use of the toilet until we can afford the final fix. We have used A Wright twice before to correct a leak in another bathroom (again caused by the same plumber who tried to fix the toilet)and to replace a water heater that was on it's last legs . Been very happy with A Wright

Description of Work: JC came and removed 2 shampoo caps from our drain. He was awesome. We only thought one was in there.... But he got 2! He was really nice and very helpful and showed up early which was great. He gave me an estimate for other work that needs to be done.

Description of Work: Replaced kitchen disposer that had failed with one I had purchased. Inspected plumbing for clogs before making the installation. Getting the appointment set up took a few days. The appointment was honored punctually and efficiently.

Description of Work: After two missed appointments on day 1 JC appeared on day 2 and installed a new Disposal moving it from one side of the sink to the other. He also replaced the drain plumbing after pointing out flaws in the original installation. He was professional, neat and did a very good and complete job. I woukld not hesitate in calling him for any plumbing job.

Description of Work: purchased the voucher for a drain cleaning. emailed them, responded quickly. scheduled the appointment in 2 days, came on time(20 minute late) but I consider on time, didn't have the tool, came back the next day and got the work done. they are very responsive though.

Description of Work: Capped 1/2 copper line behind dishwasher. Replaced supply line hot for kitchen faucet. 11/28/2012: Disconnected aire gap installed 5/8 hose into garbage disposal. Tested for leaks none found.

Description of Work: John (J.C.), my plumber for the day gets an A+. My waste water sump pump, motor wouldn't stop running until it fried the electrical outlet. The people that installed my pump 35 years ago, only repair clean water sump pumps now, so I didn't know who to get to repair it. The electrician repaired and updated the above wire ground for $250.00 but the pump still wouldn't turn off automatically. Next the big problem was not only what plumber to get, but which plumbing company would work on an old Sump Pump. Thanks to Angie's List and all the positive responses to this company, I called and was so fortunate to get J.C. Jovial, positive, knowledgable and intelligent, was able to get it all apart, although quite corroded and dirty and installed the new float, He quoted the price as soon as he got there. In preparation for his call, which was promptly answered, I emptied bath water into the holding tank to eliminate Oder. It was not an easy standard fix, but one that took a lot of creative figuring out to get it working properly again. On top of the difficulty of the job, it was 100 degrees that day and the job was in full sun. I helped him somewhat with an umbrella, but he never complained about anything. So polite and efficient. I'd call this company again in a second and request J.C. Thank you John!
