Description of Work: I had a leak in the old copper fittings and valve at a difficult to reach point where the main line from the street enters the house. The job was complicated by the gas line running into the house just above the water line. When the plumber saw what was involved, he immediately called in and had the office cancel his other call for that afternoon so that he could concentrate on my issue. |He was able to do the job right and be safe doing it. I stayed with him during the repair. He was friendly and actually happy to have the homeowner present so he could explain what needed to be done. |I didn't tell the plumber this, but I have a background in construction and engineering so I know professionalism and good work when I see it.

Description of Work: The plumber, Gordon, was prompt, skilled, and fixed the problem quickly

Description of Work: Replaced faucet cartridge. Had to identify and find part myself, as they could not tell me what part was needed (despite being a very common faucet line). | |Pretty pricey for the time involved in replacing it.

Description of Work: They did a great job but did not want to give me the discount for being an Angie's list customer. Finally gave me $25 off. I had to hassle them for this.

Description of Work: These guys were great, there were a number of small customer service, and scheduling issues but these were minor.

Description of Work: Had a blockage and need it snaked. They came the first time and said it was good to go. Within two months it backed up again so I asked the to bring a camera to scope the drain. They didn't bring one and said they are the professionals. So after three more visits they brought the camera and realized what the problem was. They gave me an over priced estimate. I had two other companies come out since and realized that there was even more that needed to be done which wasn't in there estimates. Having a absentee owner that doesn't comunicate or goes to the job sites to give an estimate is one of the biggest problems I noticed

Description of Work: They installed a new kitchen faucet for my mom.She said the installer was very nice, professional and came out earlier than her scheduled time-which she was very happy with

Description of Work: I needed a heavily leaking shower faucet fixed, an old garbage disposal removed and two outdoor faucets leak-proofed. Not complicated work but requiring some care and attention. Work was done well. Worker was personable and helpful, explained things, including my choices. Seemed kind of expensive to me for what was done, though. However, for me, competence and professionalism outweigh cost.

Description of Work: THEY REPLACED AN IRRIGATION PIPE RUNNING INTO THE HOUSE THAT BECAME RUSTED AND LEAKED. THEY DID GOOD WORK BUT IT WAS A LITTLE ON THE EXPENSIVE SIDE. IT WAS MOSTLY LABOR BECAUSE IT TOOK A LONG TIME.

Description of Work: repair leaking pipes and change main valve

Description of Work: Insink disposal froze. The item was old and rusted shut. Leapfrog replaced the disposal quickly and efficiently with a unit with a longterm warranty and a motor that was twice the size of the unit that was replaced.

Description of Work: Having just bought a house, we had three plumbing issues to address: a leaky valve stem in the bathtub, a leaky filler valve for the swimming pool, and a water heater pressure release that needed to be rerouted outside the house. Aaron, the plumbing technician LeapFrog sent over, was professional in every way -- prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and most importantly, got all three jobs done in a timely manner and with excellent quality workmanship. The pricing seemed quite fair given the amount of labor involved. We would not hesitate to call LeapFrog again for any plumbing needs.

Description of Work: Fixed garbage disposal problem. First quoted a high price of replacement, when we balked at that, the plumber fixed it for much less. Not sure if it would have been fixed if the first price was fine.
