Excellent. Removed and replaced fire wood. Very timely, workers worked 100% owner very gracious and likeable.

After a few nightmarish encounters with different deck restoration contractors, I finally found the one which I can trust and use again. After about 10 years of neglect (not by me, I just bought the house) my deck was looking pretty horrible. I knew there was a beautiful deck hiding beneath, waiting to come out. Initially, I contacted a few companies in the area and had no luck, until I contacted All Pro Deck. Al made sure I feel comfortable with the price and treated me with outmost respect. He took his time explaining the process and gave me a detailed timeline. After Al and his trusty team were finished I was in awe. You could see the beautiful red color gleaming. It was like a brand new deck was installed. a The whole process was so easy, short and very professional. I definitely recommend to everyone and anyone in need of serious (and not so serious) deck refinishing to use Al and his All Pro Deck company.

Al, the owner/foreman, came out promptly to give us an estimate for sanding, cleaning, brightening, and staining our deck. We had several other companies give us estimates before choosing All Pro. They had the lowest bid, and also seemed like a professional operation that actually specializes in deck maintenance/repair. Al was also patient in thoroughly answering my many questions about different types of stain, whether our deck was in good enough shape to warrant repair, etc. Al's workers arrived on time when the work was scheduled to start, and they were courteous and accommodating of my requests that they not damage our plants/hot tub, etc. They did a great job, and our deck looks a million times better than it did. We would recommend All Pro to others who have decks that need some TLC. PS: We paid less than Al would normally charge for a deck of our size (500-sqft) because there's no railing on our deck (time-consuming to stain), and because I had already bought the stain myself.

All looks great...All Pro Decks was easy to work with and at a reasonable cost.

All Pro Deck completely restored our roof top Deck. A Deck in San Francisco takes a beating; and, after years of sub-par restoration work mostly via pressure washing we were contemplating just rebuilding. I found out about Al and All Pro Deck using Google which led me to Yelp reviews (which were all good). At this point almost everybody knows Yelp is unreliable and not worth a darn. But I still left a message (I called on a sunday) requesting a free estimate from All Pro. Jessica called the next day and Al, the owner of All Pro, came out and gave me a quote. He came with a reference list and copies of his licence and his insurance info. He went into detail about what needed to be done, how long it would take and how long it would last. He recommended sanding all the horizontal planks and some pressure washing on the vertical slats. He quoted for one layer of stain but after thinking about it, he instructed his employees to do two layers, at no extra charge, and included additional railing leading up to the deck also no extra charge.The day after the deck was finished Al came out to inspect and ask us if we were satisfied. He also offered to help and did carry my old barbecue down 4 fights of stairs. And my new barbecue up the same 4 flights of stairs. I wont promise that he will do this for everyone but he did it for us. He is a great guy. And All Pro is a great deck restoration company. His employees were nice, clean and punctual.
