Top Shelf Delivery and Moving

They were going to be a few minutes late (because of the prior customer.) So they called me to let me know and to give me a new ETA. which was only about 20 minutes later. Awesome customer service in today's world. When they arrived they introduced themselves and got to work. They were very good at what they do and went above and beyond what was asked of them. These guys will be my "go to" movers. A+ Top Shelf Delivery.

Top Shelf did an excellent job! I needed some heavy furniture moved around to various rooms in my home, so I purchased their $99 Angie's List coupon for 2 men for 2 hours. The two men the company sent, though older, moved the furniture with the time frame, and were careful and smart in the way they moved things. Nothing was damaged or dented. The men were also friendly and respectful. I would hire this company again, and recommend them to others.

The job was completed with detail and accuracy. The company is far better than most in its responsiveness and its ability to get a job completed as stated and on time using hands that were intelligent for what is needed on a reasonable move. I liked the people involved and think that the company meets the business standards that a populous city would expect. Vista has over 93,000 people in it. When you can call on a telephone and someone responds in minutes, those are special hands that other place just do not have. Try doing something yourself one day and you will be happy to have an assist. They were an assist.

Everything went according to plan. They arrived on time at the Uhaul location, moved items quickly and with no damage.

Fantastic. The 2 man crew was punctual and were very swift in moving furniture from a 2nd level apartment, and down a flight of stairs. At the other end, they moved the furniture to a second level bedroom, and did it with great professional care. The whole effort was accomplished in 2 hours!

Purchased an Angie's List Deal from Top Shelf Movers. Explained that I needed labor to load the contents of a storage unit into a rental truck and junk removal of left over items. I set this up while out of state and flew in for the move. I rented a truck and went to the storage unit to meet the the movers. The crew from Top Shelf Movers did not show up. I called to find out why they were an hour late and learned a mistake in scheduling had occurred and there were no movers coming. The owner/manager apologized, found an additional worker, came to my location, and completed the job personally. The truck was very carefully packed for an interstate move and I was very happy with the great customer service to correct a mistake.

The movers were friendly and professional. They treated my furniture with care and delivered in a timely manner. Great job

We bought a coupon for 2 movers for 2 hours for $99. The two guys showed up on time and were very nice. However, they were slow, sometimes carrying only 1 small item at a time. Our furniture was only protected for the truck, not from hitting walls or outside railings. The furniture was moved to the truck were it was then wrapped in plastic; once at the new house (less then half a mile away) the furniture was unwrapped before being moved from the truck. This resulted in many scratches on the furniture. We did expect some scratches and damage but feel like it could have been minimized by protecting the furniture better. In the end they got the job done and saved us from having to do it ourselves, but we have used other movers before that I was much happier with.

The man who came to help move were very professional. The owner seemed to change his mind on multiple things. There was extreme rain. The movers felt it was inappropriate to continue moving so they were supposed to put the moving on hold and not charge us. Subsequently they called the owner who said to continue moving which they were doing an extremely slow rate. I was being billed for this. The worker stated that they were asked to keep working. It was estimated to take 6 Hours. It took well over this approximately four extra hours and the crew did not even try to pack everything into one container appropriately. They said it will just take two trips. This cost more time. Subsequently they damaged the door frame of my brand-new on occupied home. The owner had told my wife previously how much she was going to charge. I subsequently told him about the door frame damage which was covered under his "warranty" and he said he would have someone come to fix it. I stated I would hold $100 from the payment he told my wife due to the door damage until it is fixed.he never had anyone come to repair the door. I ended up having the door repaired on my own one month later. I also found a large dent in the top of my dryer which is a brand-new washer dryer when the movers are moving it. I sent him pictures of the door frame damage, washer dryer damage including paint damage on it, and the owner refused to address the washer dryer issue as well. In summary I was charge for extra hours after the owner had done a walk-through of the house before moving. Damaged items were not repaired or addressed. The movers relatively did a good job and your professional and punctual. They are responsible to listen to their boss and her boss was being in my opinion inappropriate with the timing, charges, repair of damages andvalidation of warranty.

They did well. They had good communication. They adjusted the service that I ordered a little bit, but it was necessary. They had another job in the morning and they made it off until the next meeting.

Had this company booked to move my house on the 30th of July. They have called less than 24 hours before the move and cancelling after I already had confirmation and paid through Angie's list. You can imagine what I had to go through to find new movers. The reason was that the owner hurt his leg and cant come, though when I made the reservation I asked him if I would meet him and he said he doesn't go in the field that much and he will not be coming with the movers that day. I also saw other review indicating that they have cancelled on them in the past. Very bad experience and Angie's list where not even able to help find a replacement. They promised to escalate the issue to their complaint department but I never received an email or a call. Over all I hope this doesn't happen to anyone, very stressful situation. I ended up paying more than my budged and working on the new movers schedule.

It went extremely well. The two movers worked very, very fast and efficiently. They were courteous and careful and an absolute pleasure to work with.

The job ended up taking a lot longer than everyone expected because it turned out to be a much harder job due to how the storage unit had been packed. I highly recommend the professionalism and integrity of Top Shelf Delivery. I thank them for their professionalism and integrity.

Al was very responsive in our initial communications and came up with the best bid of the three movers I contacted, and he was more local than the others, so we contracted with him. On the morning of the scheduled work, a few hours before we were to meet the people from whom we bought the furniture at their condo, he texted me that he had been sick the night before, and couldn't work at all that day, so he couldn't do our move. He was apologetic about this. He didn't offer to try to arrange an alternate date.

Things went well. Two young men met us at the storage facility and packed items into the moving truck. They carefully moved everything into the new apartment and helped with some assembly. It was so much better than trying to round up friends with trucks!

They did a great job. We did go over time, but was only charged for the portion. Will recommend.

The fellows were especially courteous, professional and efficient! We were able to accomplish much more than we'd thought would be possible.

Showed up on time, workers were generally pretty good. Disappointed that at one point found one of them sweeping out the truck on our time. This should have been done before they came to do the work. Otherwise fairly satisfied.

It went mostly great, they were on time and very professional, worked consistently and followed instructions. Slight setback on delivery to home, they took longer to get there than we expected. Also, they almost left something on the truck that would have been a major problem if lost, but we asked about it and they looked again and found it. We would use them again, but make sure to carefully check the truck!

Top Shelf Movers should be called "Top Notch Movers"! As per our agreement on what I paid upfront for the Angie's List deals. They delivered what they promised, however there is an additional cost if you go over your time. I went over my 2 hours by 30 minutes and I was charged $45 which was well worth it. The two movers showed up 15 minutes early. They were fast and careful handling all of personal items. They were friendly and professional. Also the owner Ali was professional and kept in close contact on how the move was going. I strongly recommend them and I would personally use their services again in the future. Five Stars!

They called to change the time, which was okay, they let me know they were on their way and they worked hard, were extremely nice and did a wonderful job. WELL DONE.
