Top Shelf Delivery and Moving

Excellent!!! Top Shelf Movers went over and beyond to get the 400 lb media table delivered to my condo. I was really impressed with the professionalism and the courteous guys that delivered it. I’ll definitely use them in the future.

It went off right on time. They were professional and punctual.. I appreciate the manner in which the business was conducted the attention to detail they showed me and my belongings. Would definitely easily use them again. Matter of fact this was my second time using them it is about the experience.

Roy showed up on time and he and his helper went right to work. When plan A didn't work because of tight corners Roy came up with a plan B and got the job done in less than two hours total.

I hired Top Shelf for my move based upon their reviews and they didn’t disappoint. After some initial difficulty in getting their truck down the narrow lane where I lived they went straight to work and we’re done in just a few hours. Even though they were very friendly and took the times to chat with us during the move they didn’t dawdle at all - no milking the job for extra hours. We very much appreciated their courtesy and professionalism. I’ll definitely use Top Shelf again for my next move.

The Too Shelf team was wonderful, life savers! Very affordable and very nice people. When moving out all of our things did not fit into the two PODS we ordered. So, even though it was unplanned, they packed the rest in their truck and took it to our in laws to store while we waited to move into the new home. Then they picked up evyfrom my in laws and took it to our new home a week later and unloaded the two PODs. They are very flexible to make the move work and very carefule with our things, as well as simply kind and pleasant. Moving is tough but if we have to move agai. I would definitely use them! The owner was responsive at first, professional and sent out an agreement to sign. I liked that. The workers arrived on time, were friendly, easy to work with in general, and worked hard. However, I told the leader that the refrigerator door would need to be removed before moving out of the house (I had also told the owner in an email previously). They removed the Freezer door, but not the refrigerator doors. They struggled to get the fridge out, and nearly broke the shelves on the inside of the doors (they opened the doors to get it out of the house.). At the new house, they struggled again. We were all exhausted, and I didn't check it that day. But next day I noticed a wide scratch and paint missing from the refrigerator door. There are some little scratches and dents in the doors as well. I was very disappointed that they didn't even tell me of it on moving day. I emailed the owner regarding this issue, and he never even responded to my email. I know there is not much to be done and I will buy some appliance paint for the door, but I was very disappointed that he didn't even respond to me. What I thought was a pleasant moving experience has left me feeling bitter. I even bought them all lunch and gave them vitamin water all day! (and gave the three guys tips).

They were wonderful, efficient, professional, on time. Their price was competitive. They are very very helpful.
