Description of Work: They were scheduled to arrive at 10am. I rec'd a call at 10:50am they were running a little late and would be there within 20 minutes. |At 12:10 I rec'd another call they'd be there shortly. They arrived at 12:40 and were on the phone with their boss and began work at 12:45 |That's almost 3 hours later than promised. They broke the hose faucet moving the washer and wasted precious time trying to shut off the water. We used a bucket until a plumber could be called. |The move took 2 hours longer and we paid an additional $235 on top of the $105 original quote. |We expected a little break in the price since we had to pay other workers hired at the receiving home to assist in the delivery and set up of furniture in new location. They couldn't wait and we had to pay more to this company for late arrival. Very unprofessional.

Description of Work: started loading the truck then stopped saying they did not like the setup.they tried to dump the boxes at the entrance blocking the exit and I had to make them move the boxes.

Description of Work: Moved furniture and boxes from one location to another. They pretty hard working but nicked newly painted walls in a few places.

Description of Work: They underestimated the amount of things to move.Time was running out, |So in their haste my things were put in my storage unit in a less than organized manner.I had to remove everything out of the unit and reorganize everything myself. Some dishes were broken. It was a difficult experience.

Description of Work: Moved me from my upstairs condo in Vista to my new (upstairs!) condo in Temecula. They were late leaving their previous jo, but called right on time to let me know they'd be about an hour late. Then they sent 3 men instead of 2 to make up for the lost time. Liked them very much.

Description of Work: Moved my furniture. They did a good job. Hard workers and very courteous.

Description of Work: They were 45 minutes late they did call but since it was a late Friday move, the traffic was bad and so it went over the 2 hours which cost me 140.00 more just for an hour which I thought was not right but what could I do I needed them to finish the move.

Description of Work: They did a fabulous job. The men were very professional. I myself had a few moving glitches and they worked around them. I would definitely recommend them!
