I bought a big deal for this service and it was great. The service turned out just fine; they did a really good job. The scheduling was good; they were very efficient. What stood out was their friendliness and professionalism. It was a good crew; they got along with them really well. The reason we used them in the first place was because we thought their price was good. It was a good experience.

I was very impressed with this company. They arrived at my house early. They were polite, considerate and very hardworking. I plan to use them again for my next move.

Gustavo and Leonardo, the 2 workers, were wonderful. They were efficient, professional and courteous. They were very careful in moving large pieces of furniture. I was very impressed.

The move went very well. The cost of the move was below estimate. This was because the movers worked so hard that they wrapped things up in 8.5 hours. (The estimate was between 10 and 12 hours). In addition, there was no damage to any furniture or to either house. Also, the movers were very careful to ask me where I wanted each item put in my new home and then put each item exactly were I wanted it placed.

I sent three dates for the service to complete and received confirmation for Monday, December 8th. However, I am not sure if they got my confirmation, so I called Angie's List.

I purchased a big deal for this service and it was good. They were good, nice and polite. They did the job and charged extra for the extra time but that is usual. My interaction with them was good and the work they did turned out just fine. I think we paid another $180 over the price of the big deal for additional hours.

Items he would have moved unexpectedly were purchased and remaining items will be looked over at another location than expected. Consequently, did not need the service, however, I would call Al, at Top Shelf Delivery, to reschedule if a future date requires.

This Big Deal was purchased for our daughter's family to use when moving to their new house. Due to closing complications and emergency changes of plans, the move needed to by made with no warning, thus making it impossible to schedule the service. The move was completed with help from friends, family and a rented moving van.

Everything was done exceptionally well. Al handled the arrangements and it was perfect. The movers (Patrick & Daniel) were timely, polite and exceeded our expectations. I would use Top Shelf again and have no problem highly recommending them to others.

They were good. The work was fine and okay. The driver was very nice. The crew was very polite, went out of their way to do little extras as far as I was concern, and it was fine.

Top Shelf was wonderful. We were losing sleep over the possibility of the glass breaking in my mother's precious china closet but there was no cause for concern. Top Shelf did an excellent job of protecting all of the furniture. They expertly wrapped everything and carefully transported the belongings to and from their truck. Everything arrived in its original condition and it cost half of what I had expected. The movers were friendly and sensitive to our concerns. I highly recommend them.

Person that came out was very nice. Prices were very reasonable. Owner/manager called several time to check on me. I Look forward to using them in the near future!

Clean hard working young crew. Brought at ample truck so only one trip was required.

Experience was great. The movers were well prepared and took great care with the 800 lbs built in refrigerator. They protected the floors and door thresholds and took great care in not tipping the refrigerator over. They even adjusted the refrigerator at the end so that it fit into the space perfectly. Highly recommend and was very satisfied with the price paid.

I had a second moving/delivery need and so I called Caryn and the delivery went just as smoothly as before but the circumstances were far, far more difficult. Top Shelf employees are this side of sainthood for me. I purchased a large computer armoire in Orange County. They picked up the piece in Mission Viejo, then delivered it to my home. The bottom section went into my office, no problem, but then the top half (this thing is huge) would not go in through the hallway door. Without missing a beat (I swear!) Joe said, "well, we'll just have to take it in through the window." And with that he started dismantling the window! It wasn't just a matter of lifting out one half of the window section; he had to remove the glass from the weatherstripping. Suffice to say that the process was complicated, but taken on without hesitation and done to perfection, and without charge! Again, I don't know what is better: the quality of the service, the price, or the helpful attitude of the workers. Use this company! The really are great!

Caryn, the contact person, is terrific. The quote was reasonable and did not change. I had no idea about the excellence of their services until I had to change the delivery schedule at the last minute and they were completely flexible (although don't do like me -- keep your scheduled delivery date and time and spare Caryn's sanity). The best part was the two young men who moved the furniture inside my house. They could not have been more courteous, attentive, capable, or careful with my pieces. Every minute I was around them, it seemed clear that their goal was total customer satisfaction. In fact, they offered to do some extra set up of the pieces at no extra charge. Caryn just added their listing to Angie's at my insistence. I love to see a solid company rewarded. They do moving from San Diego up through Los Angeles, and, as I said, are willing to move one or two pieces at a very reasonable cost. Call all the companies you want (like I did), but you won't find one with better services than this one.
