Great work.

They are very professional, on time and courteous. They offer free estimates which will include going on your roof and taking pictures of all the issues they see. Their price is very reasonable. They schedule the work fast and take pictures after the work is completed and show you all the work done before asking for payment. I have highly recommended them to my family and friends.

The Roof Masters stood out from other roofing contractors for the following reasons: 1) transferrable leak warranty, 2) a comprehensive work order, 3) sales rep was the same person that would oversee the job, 4) a competitive price, and 5) good reviews. I was very pleased with the communication and professionalism of both the in-office and the field personnel. My property manager visited the site during the roof installation and made a final inspection upon completion. He was pleased with the work and clean up. I was provided with quality photos of the roof before and after the job was completed. The work was done in a timely, professional manner with no complaints from the property manager or the tenants. The Roof Masters took extra precaution to protect tenant property by tarping the open-beam ceiling prior to beginning the job. I would certainly recommend them.

I got quotes from four companies and they came in the middle, but I picked them because they were low pressure, did not make any prolonged sales speech, but answered all my questions. Their quote included all roofing materials. They covered any flashings, tongue and groove or decking that had to be replaced. There were no surprises or additional charges after work started. They estimated 3 days, but it only took 2. When they wete done the roof looked great and my property was cleaner than when they started. I would not hesitate to recommend Roof Master to anyone looking to have their roof replaced.

Roof masters tore off two layers of old roofing and replaced our roof. The roof looks great and the work was done as quoted (no "surprise" costs). The crew was polite, worked hard and cleaned up the yard each night before leaving. The office staff communicated clearly with us. Overall great experience.

Roof Masters provided a reroof. They were professional, courteous, and were extremely helpful in answering a myriad of questions before we started. We went from a damaged roof to a nicely part shingled roof & part torchdown (for flat part over garage). The project manager was very helpful & so was the office. In fact, during a communication error (on our part, not theirs) the owner called to reach out to us. We were very pleased with their communication and service. They also recommended the most cost effective measure to address some rafter issues. We would definitely recommend this company.

Roof Masters is professional through the entire process. They confirm appointment, show up appointment on time, and even give a bid during the first appointment. No waiting around to determine the price. Their workers show up early and work hard the whole day. They even painted my chimney that had rust on it, I just furnished the paint. I hired them and am pleased with the work.

They were on time, and went right to work. They got the work done quickly. The whole process was very pleasant for me.
