Very professional and prompt communication. I felt they were more up-to-date in terms of their building techniques and materials compared to other contractors. Very clear estimate with photos showing the exact repair needed for our home.

Repaired leak and tidied up roof. Seemed like a good job. wont know about leak repair until we have a heavy rain.

I felt very comfortable during the entire process. Their communication was quick and clear (complete with pictures during the roofing process). I always knew where we were in the project and never had any surprises. I would definitely hire them again and feel comfortable recommending them to family and friends.

I would highly recommend â The Roof Mastersâ because of their professionalism, workmanship, knowledge and price. Jhonny gave us several options to complete the roof along with their outstanding price and 20 year warranty. He provided us a brochure to select the tile. I was very impressed with his urgency to get the job started with two weeks to prevent further leaks. Other contractor estimated 8 weeks. I was also very very impressed with his job foreman, Carrillo. Carrillo is very professional and has many years experience. Carrillo answered all my questions and kept me informed on all the details throughout the process. Carrillo started the job on time and finished way ahead of schedule. His crew was very courteous and cleaned up every day. They even went out of the way to air blow my back yard patio. Again, I would highly recommend â The Roof Mastersâ . Thank you for your outstanding professionalism, workmanship, and best price ever. All the neighbors complimented us on how good the roof looks. I would also ask for Carrillo as job foreman.

Excellent company from start to finish! Very professional, hard working, and friendly. Very cordial and responsive office staff. Easy to work with. Out of three bids they were also the lowest bidder yet provided some extras at no additional charge. Everything was listed up front in their estimate and they followed through. I would definitely recommend them and use their services again without reservation.

Roof Masters gave a quote that was right in the middle of the pack (received five quotes) but included a few things as part of their bid that the others listed as additional upcharge. Installation was delayed a few days, due to a supply issue that was not Roof Masters fault, but otherwise tile roof was replaced in a timely manner. Installers did some damage to the patio cover awning and an umbrella but Roof Masters did an exceptional job in stepping up and paying for a new umbrella, and after a few failed attempts to adequately fix the patio cover awning took an additional hundred dollars off the final bill. Would highly recommend them to friends and family and neighbors for both the quality of their work, as well as their excellent customer service and follow up to guarantee that the satisfaction of the customer was adequately addressed.

I very happy with the final job done, my house is very high steep roof Victorian. Done side, they left my attic trashed. Many delays on permits and trouble communicating to staff in English. Overall good job except for my venting, trashed attic and not remounting bird wire as asked.

This was a wonderful company to have put the roof on our new home. They were on time every day and did an amazing job at putting the new roof on and cleaning up all the mess. I would definitely recommend Roof Masters and “Beto” to anyone who needs roof repairs or roof work done!! Great company to hire wonderful people that work there❤️❤️
