very professional! hard working despite the heat; excellent job cleaning up after they were done I was especially impressed by the project manager, Jhonny Martinez, who did a thorough inspection before giving me the estimate and explained the entire process; he also checked back after the work was done to answer any questions still have to wait for the next big rain to see how things turn out, but based on what I experienced these guys live up to their name--they are real Roof Masters!

Roof Masters employees were courteous, on time, proficient and replaced broken tile before they applied Spray & Forget to clean my concrete tile roof. This removed the need for power washing and any damage it might do. Spray & Wash also does not remove stains or coloring of the tile while it removes the mold common to this area.

Aside from quality work, what set Roof Masters aside from the 5 other roofing contractors that I tried to hire is that they are excellent at customer communication. They made all appointments with me, as well as promptly returning my calls and answering any and all questions I had. At the end of each day the job site was clean and tidy, and when they started the job, they kept on the job until it was complete. I highly recommend Roof Masters.

Good communication, prompt, courteous, cleaned up, left everything they way they found it. A bit pricey, but worth it!

Johnny was so polite and accomodating. He was always on top of the situation. We ran into snags which changed the amount of money involved, but Johnny was honest and always quick, I mean really quick to answer questions.

Rudy and his team are the best contractors I have hired in the past 60+ years. He gave me a fixed price bid within one hour. The bid was reasonable and included all wood repair work.
