The Roof Masters in Oceanside is a very professionally run, customer service oriented company. I moved into a home I bought in January 2017; there were several roof leaks that had been going on for years. I contacted a couple of roofing companies before calling The Roof Masters. The Roof Masters installed both a flat roof and a shingle roof on my home. The roofers and office staff are all very hard-working professionals. Great company that should continue to do well and grow.

All who participated in the repair did a professional job including the office staff.

Our neighborhood is 30 yrs old now, so it seems as if everyone is getting new roofs. I've picked up a lot of trash while walking my dog around--screws, nails & plastic sticky strips that come off of the asphalt shingles before they nail them down. I've had more than one flat tire due to a random nail or screw, so I'm always looking for them while I walk. After lots of research, watching some of my neighbor's roofers work, getting 3 bids and reading reviews, I picked The Roof Masters, because several reviews said they kept the job site clean. The crew was on time each morning, worked together cheerfully, efficiently and cleaned up our yard each night. They swept up, used a leaf blower and then a magnet to get up all the stray screws and nails from our yard, driveway and street. I also choose The Roof Masters because the bid included any replacement plywood if needed and 3 O'hagin vents, which should help keep our upstairs cooler next summer. I wanted a fixed price for budget planning, and the other 2 roofers' bids had the plywood and vents as an extra expense, which meant that I would not know the exact amount the roof would cost until it was completed. Because The Roofer Master's bid was all inclusive, they were also the lowest priced. We are having solar installed next and they worked with our solar dude when he came to do a site assessment during the re-roofing. Rudy explained the warranty, we will be covered everywhere except where the solar is mounted and the solar company's warranty will cover any leaks there. The roof looks great, customer service was great and the price was great. I'm one happy camper, roof wise!

First place they knew what to do for my roofing project, they took the time to explain to me everything they were doing and why they were doing it before starting work. They were always on time and did a great job, and were very knowledgeable and explained a lot to me and I learned from them. They were reasonable price, I highly recommend them.

I had Roof Masters fix a leak in my roof. It was a mixed experience, because their schedules got mixed up and the work was done on a day that wasn't scheduled, and I wasn't home. This wouldn't really have been a problem, except that the person who gave me the quote and wrote up the order didn't adequately communicate the details to the crew that did the work, and as a result they missed replacing a couple of water-damaged plywood pieces under the tiles. Other than that, the work seemed well-done with nice attention to detail, like gluing a few cracked edges on some tiles and replacing others not in the area of the leak. The good news is that they were very apologetic about the mix up. They redid the work to replace the plywood without any hesitation, and even gave me a small discount for my troubles. The work was done quickly. Because of their willingness to make things right I'm giving them full stars for the overall experience. When the rain starts I'll see how good a job they really did, but they guarantee their work and because I know they want happy customers I have confidence if there should be a problem they will fix it. I would recommend their service.

Sales person that came by Jhonny out was very professional, informative, friendly and not pushy. Was one of the best experiences for hiring someone. Would definitely recommend the The Roof Masters.

Rudy was awesome, he kept me posted along the whole roofing process and even called afterwards to check up on how I felt about the service. Totally for recommend them to my friends an family.

The Roof Masters were great! They arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job! We will be hiring them again in the near future to re-roof part of our house.

Professional, clean, quiet, respectful employees, 30 minute cleanup every night, porta-potty, quality work. A nice bunch of guys that know what they are doing. Added several things not in our contract like priming fascia, replacing soffit, painting all flashing, pipes, etc. on our roof to match the new roof color. We had five bids and they were at the lower end. In and out in four days.

The Roof Masters team was very friendly, honest and professional. I received details on cost and tile color choices when I received the free estimate. They even painted the top edge and added two extra vents for no extra cost. The crew did an excellent job on the clean up as well. I have already recommended The Roof Masters to Friends and co-workers.

Rudy and his team were fantastic... all courteous on time & polite. They did the work quickly and efficiently, cleaning up each day with magnets (looking for nails, etc.) quiet blowers and removing the debris. This was not a repair but an entire replacement. We have already had many neighbors comment on how great and fast the crew were in the high heat temps.... as well as compliments on the roof . We will be highly recommending The Roof Masters.... Fantastic! From start to finish, Rudy and his team did an amazing job on installing our new roof--with the low-e reflective insulation and multiple dormer vents, our home is noticeably cooler and more comfortable already. The whole process was great: I carefully selected 3 companies to invite for estimates based on high reviews, and Jhonny came to our home from The Roof Masters. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and described why a new roof made sense long-term rather than trying to spot-repair our old leaky roof. He was right--their price was fair, and we could not be happier with our new shingle roof. Our objective was to install a new roof, with materials that would make the interior home cooler in summer and warmer in winter. We are so glad we spent the extra on the low-e insulation and the extra dormer vents. I am convinced that the low-e and vents are the key. Owner Rudy is the best--you cannot ask for a better person with whom to do business. During the course of our conversations and visits during the installation, my husband and I could tell that he operates from a place of integrity and always doing the right thing for the customer. He went above and beyond to make the experience as smooth and successful as possible, always accessible by phone and text, and always doing what he could to accommodate our needs. He and Rosa run a wonderful business and were a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend The Roof Masters to anyone for roof repairs or a new roof. We are so impressed with the level of skill and detail performed by crew leader Raphael and his entire team. They arrived early and worked until the job was done each day, then cleaned up nicely and carefully. Every member of the team was polite, respectful, and hard-working. My husband was particularly impressed with Raphael--he noticed that he is always hustling and working with enthusiasm, focused on quality workmanship and taking the time and making extra effort to do things right.
