The owner of the company was good about staying in touch. They are a bit expensive though. Rudy at least gave me a guarantee on all work performed. All in all the work was completed in one day. Rudy came by the same evening to inspect all the work. Told me that if I had any problems with any of the work,then just contact him. He did come back out and address the issues I was having and everything was resolved.

Rudy, the owner, is very professional and easy to work with. He took photos to show us where we had issues, and worked with us to come up with a plan that solved our problems and gave us peace of mind, while keeping the cost reasonable. We wanted to make sure that our roof could withstand whatever El Nino brings, and now we are confident that we're in good shape. They even went above and beyond when they found a problem that had not been evident during the initial consultation - it only became obvious when the work started. They remediated the issue at no extra charge, and we would recommend them without hesitation.

Pleased with the customer service. Roofer was on time as Rudy had scheduled. No rain to date so don't know if the gutter has been fixed but we have a 2 year warranty on the work that was done.

Rudy the owner was very knowledgeable and repairs the leak i had at a very affordable price. He also did a tune up on the rest of the roof. gave me a five year warranty against leaks on the entire roof with unlimited leak repairs for five years. That was definitely the service I was looking now i have a peace of mind for the upcoming El nino storm.

I had several estimates. He did the job. It rained the following day, and everything worked good. The leak stopped in several areas in the house. It looked like it did a good job, the water wasn't coming through any more. I have gutters up there, and there were some anchors missing (not related to the job), and he fixed them at no charge. I thought that was kind of nice for someone to do a job, and they see something, and they correct it right away. I had three estimates. He came in well under. That was nice too. I'm going to get him to redo the roof. I recommended him already to a friend of mine.
