Description of Work: I had nearly all my windows replaced, as well as one sliding door, for about $10K. A few windows had been replaced in a remodel earlier in my home ownership. I highly recommend Pelican Windows. The bid was within a few dollars of another company, so I think it was fair. There were a few issues with the windows which were resolved in a timely fashion. All the workers were polite and efficient. I have no reservations.

Description of Work: They were the best people I have ever dealt with. They did replacement windows for me. They are family owned and do not sub-contract out the job either. They had an excellent price too.

Description of Work: Pelican replaced a window. The experience was A+ all the way around. The estimator was very prompt and professional. The workers showed up as scheduled, worked efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely use Pelican Windows again and would recommend them to others. I love my new window!

Description of Work: I sent an email through Angie's List to Pelican Windows & Remodeling and have not received a response...despite confirmation email stating the email was confirmed being sent/received. My assumption is they are either too busy or have technical difficulties. Either way, I have spent more time writing this review than I have received from Pelican Windows and Remodeling in sending a request via Angie's List. This would equate to me spending my money elsewhere. Take away from this...if they do not respond within 24 hours, take your business elsewhere...or you can waste your time and wait like I did.
