I hired Saul to remove popcorn, texture, prime and paint the ceilings in my new condo, and added wall painting services for the entire condo as well at the first meeting. I had not hired a contractor before and had a very positive experience working with Saul and his team. From the first phone call to discuss the project, Saul was extremely professional and accommodating, taking time to explain different options for my project and providing reasonable pricing that worked well within my budget. I had 10 days between closing and move-in to the condo, so I had a tight timeline to complete the project. Saul was willing to start as early as possible after closing to ensure the project was complete in time. When I met with Saul the day before the project began, Saul confirmed the pricing we had discussed by phone for the ceiling texture removal and painting, and offered an extremely reasonable price for painting all the walls as well - I never felt nickel-and-dimed and was happy that I could have all the work I needed done within my tight first time homebuyer's budget...The project began the day after our meeting (a Saturday) and was completed in 6 days (Saturday + Monday through Friday). I was impressed with Saul's time management skills - he broke the project into pieces and he and his team completed parts of the project each day - for example, all popcorn removal the first day, texturing the second day, priming and painting the ceilings the third day, then painting the walls the next two days, and touching up, reassembly of any doors and outlet covers, and final walk through on the last day. On every day of the project, Saul communicated with me by text or phone call to let me know of details such as time of arrival and departure for the day, any information needed from me (for example, my choice of paint color for the walls), and answering any questions I had. I was happy not only with the process, but also with the finished product. The ceilings were nicely textured and painted, with the new ceiling texture providing an excellent complement to the existing wall texture in the condo, the walls looked fresh and clean with the previous colors (yellow and blue) covered completely with the neutral color I chose, and the entire condo looked move-in ready. I highly recommend Saul and his team for any projects involving drywall or painting, and I would hire him again for future projects.

Saul did an excellent job. He pays great attention to detail in the prep work. He consults with client each step of the process to insure customer satisfaction with the job. He is careful with protecting plants and landscaping from unwanted painting. He does a post completion walk-thru. He is meticulous in cleaning up. I would hire him again.

Saul is very prompt and is very customer friendly. He took the time to review all of my requests and gave me a good price on all of the work. He did a great job matching my walls with the texture he did for me. For $200 more he painted the front facing interior doors upstairs and two downstairs. Saul wanted to make us happy and it showed in his work. Well done and he is my painter for future jobs.

I needed drywall repair from a leaking roof. excellent plaster work, painting and repair of crown moulding. They were speedy, polite and professional. They finished ahead of schedule. Cleaned up and took away all debris. I was extremely happy with his work and his crew. I would absolutely use his service again. A very pleasant experience.

Saul was excellent. First he showed up on time every day. Second, he was clean. An example was that he parked his truck in our driveway in the mornings but put a drip cloth so he did not leak onto it. Third, his quality was super. I was amazed on the walk through that hardly anything needed to be touched up. Fourth and really important, he finished EARLIER than what we had contracted for. First, he was very professional and thorough in providing us with a written estimate on the spot after a walkthrough of the house, and he was the only contractor to follow up with us. He has a real passion for the work! He was able to schedule the job the next day. He communicated with us very well during the job and he let us know the status of the project a regular basis. Saul and his team always arrived exactly on time every day. Saul provided the lowest price of the four estimates we received for this project. He was also very responsive to our questions and changes to the project. We required our walls to have a very smooth texture. So, Saul brought in his experts to provide a flawless smooth texture free of any imperfections. They did a truly amazing job in apply several layers of joint compound and sanding until the smoothness was just right! Saul and his team took care of our house and cleaned up everything after the job and at night during the job. They worked very hard and took only short breaks for lunch. All of his team are very professional, friendly and exceptional with drywall and texturing! We have no complaints! After they were done, the walls were flawless as we couldn?t find any issues that needed correcting. We also used Saul and his team to do the painting and they also did a truly exceptional job at the painting too! They did a truly amazing job! They exceeded our high expectations. Overall very happy with the quality, clean and timely work. Found Saul to be very professional and courteous. We were getting our fitness studio ready for grand-opening and wanted everything to be perfect and Saul delivered that too within our budget!! We will definitely be using his services again in future. I think we've found our go to guy for paint jobs.

Saul took care to protect plants and other property. He also did all the purchasing of paint and supplies on my behalf and was very honest in all he did for me. He also always went the extra mile to do little things that I either requested or that he found on his own. One example is that he fixed little dings in the stucco that I didn't ask him to do. He cleaned up after each day and finished the job when he said he would. I will always call him back when needed.

Saul painted all the shutters on the outside of my house as well as the two front columns. They all came out wonderfully. A quick job that made a big difference in the appearance of our house.

Saul is an experienced and meticulous painter who has always done a great job. We've hired him multiple times over the past 4 years or so, first for our old house and now our new one. The edging, trim and baseboards are always perfect, which is really important to us. He is friendly, works hard, and has great attention to detail. He is reasonably priced and leaves the house clean when he's finished. My former neighbor also has hired him repeatedly with excellent results.

We could not be more pleased with all aspects of Saul's work. The ceiling behind the old plastic panels was in very bad shape. I thought that all the old drywall would have to be replaced but Soul repaired the damaged parts, then was able to turn the ugly ceiling into one that looks brand new. He then installed case molding and crown molding. Then did an expert job of painting. I know that drywall work can be very dusty, but we were very pleased with how Soul kept it contained. Vincent

It went great. Saul was very courteous and double checked everything from making sure he got the right paint to walking through the house with me to look for any touch up areas. There weren't any. He and his team were great.
