Saul and his crew did an excellent job painting the exterior of our house. They were clean, fast and paid attention to details. They power washed, repaired stucco, caulked all joints, masked, used drop clothes everywhere and painted stucco and trim. All painted lines were sharp and clean. They didn’t even damage any roof tiles. Couldn’t be happier and I highly recommend them.

On time completion, even though it rained in the middle. Came in for an extra day. Good work, respectful crew, cleaned up afterwards. Stucco repairs looked like new. Very pleased. Would use them again, for sure.

Saul did a great job at a fair price. Job took longer than he originally estimated, but we had beige and browns for wall colors the job required 3 coats of paint vs. the two he anticipated at the onset of the job. Additionally, we have a great room with 32’ ceiling which took over a week alone to paint. Total job was apps. 3,700-3,800 sq ft. Saul and his helper we’re very courteous and worked diligently.

We were very satisfied with the work that was performed by Saul and his very hard working crew. They spent long hours on the job location each day. Saul pays a great deal of attention to detail and customer satisfaction. The first week was mainly preparation that was well done. The second week was with extreme dedication by Saul and his workers to deliver a fantastic result as far as the painting is concerned. THE ACTUAL PAINT JOB WAS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE A HARD WORKING CREW AND I BELIEVE THEY TOOK PRIDE IN THEIR WORK. I WOULD HAVE GIVEN A GRADE OF "A" FOR THE JOB EXCEPT THAT THERE WERE SIGNIFCANT SCHEDULING ISSUES DUE TO THE BOSS, AS WELL AS HIS OVERESTMATE OF OVER 2 GALLONS OF PAINT FOR THE JOB, THE PAINT WHICH I HAD TO SUPPLY. THAT MISTAKE COST BE AN ADDITIONAL $60, AND BECAUSE THE PAINT WAS CUSTOM COLOR , IT WAS NOT RETURNABLE. THEN THE ISSUE OF THE BOSS LOSING MY PAYMENT CHECK AND MY HAVING TO SUBMIT A STOP PAYMENT REQUEST TO MY BANK FURTHER DISAPPOINTED ME ABOUT THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE. BUT I WANT TO REPEAT, THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON THE ACTUAL PAINTING.

OMG Saul and his crew are awesome!!! He was prompt to the appointment time which isnt an easy feat where I live. There was some stucco repair that needed to be done around the breaker box and you cant tell where the old stucco was compared to the new. He was very courteous when dealing with me. Let me know all the steps all the way and what his plans were. He will be coming back to do all my future painting. :)

We got the exterior of our house painted and I can’t even believe it’s the same house. Very happy with the work done especially since it is a older home that needed a lot of TLC. Saul communicated with us constantly and even followed up with us after the job was done for touch ups we missed the first time. Great service!

We had Ortiz Quality Painting Services paint the exterior of our older home. Saul and his team were fantastic to work with. Great attention to detail and he made sure the job was done right. There were several problem areas on the exterior that needed some extra work and Saul did a great job of clarifying what we wanted done and making sure everything was perfect before he left.

Exceptional positive experience. Saul Ortiz and his team were professional, hard-working, careful with our property, a pleasure to work with, and did a beautiful job on our house. They take pride in their work and it shows. They arrived on the date and time agred (even though we had to delay the work start due to other work on the house). They worked diligently to get the work done expeditiously. The job turned out to be more complicated than expected; additional stucco work was needed than we originally anticipated once planters were moved away and house power washed. This was unanticipated, but Saul was great; he walked the property with us, explained what was needed and how it would be addressed, and added the work to the job at a reasonable cost. He did not gorge us, and he could have given the circumstance. He always checked with us to make sure we were happy with the quality of the work at each stage before moving onto the next stage. In one case we asked for some stucco rework- he immediately addressed our request, all done with no hassle. Price for the job was very fair, one of the 2 lowest estimates we got, and most importantly, Saul kept to the original bid + our agreed add-ons. The paint job is beautiful. I recommend Ortiz Quality Painting, appropriately named, highly, with no reservations.

Saul Ortiz did a quality job painting our house exterior. He and his crew were detail orientated I think they were very professional. We will use them again to paint the interior of our home based on based on the quality of the first job. Saul is honest and good natured, that goes a long way.

Saul and his team did an excellent job pressure washing, stucco patching and masking to being kind enough to re-paint the accent color because I didn't like the contrast of the color I picked. They sanded our roll up garage doors and after painting they looked like new! They were very thorough and cleaned up everything when they left. Unlike some reviews I have read of other painting companies they did not leave paint all over our concrete or grass. Each night they stored all their gear and supplies neatly. They only use top quality products and take real pride in their work. Would totally hire them again!
