Description of Work: Water Heater Failed (Water eveerywhere) Relatively new model. Hanna first checked to see if it was still under warranty (alas not by just a few months). They where prompt and proffesional in replacement. Cost is toward the higher end but that is what one would expect for this level of service.

Description of Work: Hanna plumbing was responsive, professional and punctual. He solved the problem as well as some other things I was unaware of without elevating the price. I was very pleased!

Description of Work: We called late in the day to early evening and they could not come that night. As we had no restrooms to use due to clog this was bad news. Next morning they could come between noon and 2pm. Had to go eslwhere to use restrooms. Husband had done most of the work to find the clog but didnt have the equipment to remove the clog. They came, they uncloged, and that was it. Service was great once they got there.

Description of Work: Exterior water line break

Description of Work: He shut off(we couldn't get it off) a toilet. He replaced a prt and fastened the seat. He told us we didn't have a plumbing, but an electrical problem with kitchen sink. There was no power to garbage disposal, Previous plumber said main had to be cleaned for over $300,00. He saved us well over $200.00 plus the frustration of the wrong diagnosis.

Description of Work: They worked on our hot water heater back in late December. They identified that nothing was wrong with the heater, and the breaker box was the problem instead. They also came back to put in some new angle stops under the sink in mid-January. We had some old plumbing under the sink, so it was time to change those out.
