Hanna Plumbing re-piped our whole house (hot/cold) and installed a new main water line from the street. I am very happy with the job that they did. I got four bids for this project and although Hanna plumbing wasn’t the lowest bid (very close to the lowest) they still got the contract because I really felt like I could trust them. Ed Jr. Nelson really set them apart for me in the quoting department. Ed is very knowledgeable, very Professional, And, I didn’t get the feeling that he was looking at me with dollar signs in his eyes like some of the people that were quoting. After I signed the quote We got right on the schedule. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Dale, Mike, and Delphino. These gentlemen did a fantastic job of re-piping my house. The quality of their work is evident. They never left a mess, and they kept me informed at all times. They were professional and hard working. I had one issue with an irrigation line getting disconnected during the main line work, but Ed had a guy out there the next day and fixed the problem before I knew it. To summarize, Hanna plumbing is large enough to handle any job, but small enough to still care about their customers. They were honest, Hardworking, and professional. I do not hesitate to recommend Hanna plumbing to anyone. Mike C

This plumbing company was great. We got several bids for the job and they were well under the other local companies. The team arrived and knocked the project out in 3 days. The quality was excellent. Ed Caputo went above and beyond and even fixed a leak in the water heater for no additional charge. The job ultimately came out under bid and they passed the savings on to us without us even having to ask. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

The gentleman name was Ron G. that did a work. He did a good job and they did not charge excessive.

Hanna Plumbing fixed a dripping faucet and installed a new pressure regulator for me. While the plumber who performed the actual work did a great job (he was knowledgeable, fast and courteous), the service department was absolutely horrible to deal with. The pressure regulator that was installed didn't work right. Pressure would creep up. The first time I called I talked to someone who took the time to explain that it is normal for regulators to fluctuate and pressures to spike, especially at night when most people don't use water. I don't argue with that. However, my regulator didn't fluctuate or spike. The pressure would creep up and stay above 80psi. I tried to explain this to him, but he either didn't understand what I was saying or didn't want to understand. He advised me to wait a few days and see how it goes. I called the service department a number of times after this initial call. Usually a woman would answer and rudely say that someone would call me back. The last call I made was answered by a man who, after asking for my name and address, said: "Let me read the note on your account." Then he said that someone would call me back. It was very obvious that nobody was ever going to call me or they were ever going to honor their warranty. So after a week of dealing with them and never getting anywhere I finally called a plumber with a different company who came to my home the same day, assessed the regulator and switched it out. Thanks to my new plumber I finally have a working regulator. No thanks to Hanna Plumbing. I will never use Hanna Plumbing again. The reason I still gave them a C for quality is because my dripping faucet is fixed. It would be an F if it was for the regulator alone.

Great but they don't do painting touch up.

They (2 guys came) were great. They were exactly on time, which I doubly appreciate because the only thing worse than repair people coming late with no heads-up, is repair people coming way early and saying "Somebody else cancelled so I did you a big favor and came early." These guys were punctual, very efficient with both of my complicated outdoor repairs, and both repairs totally fixed the problems.

First guy cleaned burner, strongly recommended pump replacement with a pump with a timer. I OK'd it but told him we would likely have in on all the time anyway. He installed pump and left without saying goodbye. Upon inspecting pump, I couldn't find the timer adjustment. Called in, second plumber came out at no charge and inspected. Turns out the first guy installed one without a timer which was fine but why not tell me? A confusing visit.

They put in a seal at the bottom and I thought the leak had stopped. A little over a week later I noticed the commode was leaking again. I called them again. They came out and put 2 seals in and said it is not leaking. They charged $95.00 for this. They left spots on the floor and some sand paper. I don't feel I should have been charged for the 2nd visit. UPDATE: 5/31/18 After complaining to Angie's List this company refunded the $95 for the second visit.

They did a good job. I will wait and see if the leak fix worked.

Due to several copper pipe leaks in our walls over the past few years we opted to "bite the bullet" and have our entire house re-piped. We met with Ed, the project manager, for our 3rd estimate. He spent plenty of time with us answering our questions and was very knowledgeable in what needed to be done. We discussed copper vs. PEX and went with PEX. What won me over was 1) the best price, 2) the drywall repair work was included, and 3) they offered to cover up the holes in the walls each night so I did not have to board my cats (that alone saved me a few hundred dollars). The re-pipe installation took 4 days...we have a tri-level home and the drywall work only 1 day! We had maybe 40-50 holes. Both crews did an excellent job and cleaned up nicely each day. Included in our cost of service is a whole house water filter system.

They were timely and quick. They did a good job.

I use the company for years and am happy with it.

They did it while we were back east on a death in the family and we had other people letting them in and watching it. From what I can tell they did a great job that time. We were 3,000 miles away. They’re reliable, knowledgeable, trustworthy. To bring them in from the Eastern Pennsylvania through friends and get them in here and get it done, I don’t know how it could be better. I just have to say it was excellent.

It took him 2 visits to get it, so it cost us more money cause he couldn’t get it working the first time. It’s hard to give him an “A”, he did get it working, but it took more time and more money than he thought or we expected. I think they should have given us a break on the bill. I would recommend them because we had a good experience in the past. They got it working. It took more time and money than we had hoped, but they’re still a quality provider. We would use them again and hope for the best. I don’t think communication was a problem, we were satisfied with the communication. I think if they can’t figure it out and they have to make 2 visits they should give us a break and not bill us the standard hourly rate because they couldn’t figure it out.

They are quick to respond and they have good people that work for them.

They do really excellent work. They're awfully busy so, it's hard to get a hold of them. I've used them maybe four or five times for various jobs. They're very busy, so it's hard to get appointment with them, but when they do come out, they're very good.

They are local in the same town that I am. Once I went to their store or showroom; they're not a franchise but just their own business. I went there many years ago. I had older fixtures that dated back that they aren't making anymore. So I went to see if they had something that would match. The parts didn't work, but I was so impressed with their professionalism and their customer service, and their desire to help. Next time I had a plumbing problem I went to them. I've used them for other problems and then I eventually used them to re-pipe my entire condo. In the construction back in the late 80's they used interior copper so there's been pin-hole leaks. They'd been telling me for years that I need to re-pipe the whole place but I resisted because it's tons of money. Finally after so many years of having all of these problems I just decided I may as well go for it, and I had the work done by them. I trusted them because I had been using them anyway for much smaller repairs like broken garbage disposal, or leaky faucets, things like that. Whenever they came out they were very professional and nice. There were a couple of times that they weren't able to stop a running toilet. I did contact a company that a friend of mine recommended, and they were way more expensive. They were like three times as much. I couldn't justify going with them even though she liked there work. I already knew the quality of this company's work. They knew me. They've been coming here for years. If they were late they would always say something. Sometimes I couldn't book them right away because they are getting more popular, so if I wanted them that day they would say I'd have to make an appointment. Their professionalism is what drew me to them in the first place. I was so impressed with their customer service and not just to me. I saw them talking to other customers too. I thought that they really were attentive and cared about the community, which is what it's all about.
