Although the leak was difficult to find, the provider did find it and replaced some copper piping. He kept me informed of what he was doing and how the work was going. Very professional and still friendly. I expected the cost to be much more.

Hanna Plumbing's team members were professional, friendly, efficient and provided excellent service. They were on time, polite, answered my questions, completed job exactly as promised. Chris and Dan also explained to me how I could extend the life of a water heater by having an inspection/adjustment every two years. (An important fact that ARS Plumbing would never share with me!) The guy that came out was very friendly, called up ahead of time, came out on time, very quick and cleaned up himself.

Everything went fine. I had made an appointment for between 8 and 9am and Steve the plumber from Hanna Plumbing called at 8:14am to let me know he was on the way and would arrive in about 20 minutes. He arrived when promised and set to work. After looking at the original valves Steve decided that it would be too much trouble to try and remove the old valves (building originals and 34 years old) and instead cut them off at the back of the valve. He then installed the new ones with out issue. He was happy to answer my questions and gave me a few suggestions about replacing the old counter top. I was very happy with the service provided. This was my first time using this company and I am pleased with their service and will call them again as well as recommend them to friends.

Installed new kitchen faucet. Also examined leaky bathroom faucet and suggested instead of replacing it, that we contact manufacturer who sent a new faucet at no charge. My husband was then able to install the new bathroom faucet himself. Very professional, friendly, helpful and punctual. We also went to their store in Vista, CA and received excellent information on our options for a full house water filtration system. We also were given information about a traditional versus tankless water heater which will help us when we need to replace our existing unit.

It went well. The guy showed up on time and completed the job as requested. The price was a little higher than I expected, but the quality of work was excellent. We haven't had any issues with the installation since.

I'm remodeling a mobile home and needed some bathroom waterlines and drains relocated, a tub & shower stall and the new valves installed. The crew of 3 showed up on time and got right to work . They were very efficient, made good suggestions and showed me what they were doing at each stage. The price was fair and I'm very satisfied. I also used an Angie's list coupon for a 5% discount.

They charged by the hour and were very honest. They did an outstanding job and their work quality.

Great. He gave us all the options. It was a little tricky to figure out where the leak was, but he was very straight forward. We decided to try one possibility to see how it went before going for opening the ceiling, etc. It worked! and saved us a lot of money. He also had a the sink plugs we needed and installed them on the spot with in the same service call. This also saved us a bunch since there is usually a 1 hour minimum charge for any service call - even though usually you don't use the whole hour. The most important thing was the 'work with you' demeanor. This company is now our go-to plumber. I am no longer afraid to call a plumber for fear of the $300+ bill no matter what they do.

It went great. He didn't quite make the time window but he called. It took him four hours to complete the job. The old faucets were very difficult to take off as I think they were original and about 35 years old. He did a beautiful, professional job. The faucets work great and look wonderful. The caulk bead around the base of the toilet is perfect. Jared wore booties when in the house and left no mess. We love the jobs he completed for us and he's a very reputable, courteous employee. We will call him back for all our plumbing needs.

I have used Hanna Plumbing for several years for several properties, including rentals. They have done everything from replacing water heaters to dealing with leaks under slabs. They are prompt, respect tenants, do the job well and communicate any ongoing situations. I have been very happy with their honesty, prices and work.

Super Bowl weekend our hot water heater began pouring hot water out the overflow pipe. We turned off the water and contacted Hanna Plumbing Monday. They sent out a plumber right away. We were pleased since we were without water. We were prepared to have to replace the entire hot water heater, but the plumber said it was only the pressure valve. We were pleased with his quick work and his honesty in not trying to sell up a new hot water heater. Compared to east coast prices, Hanna Plumbing is very reasonable. We have used them before and will use them again for any plumbing needs.

Repairs to hot water leaks on three different units.

I purchased the faucets through Hanna because of the quality and price. I will definitely be using them again.

A representative came and found the leak almost immediately even though there was no visible damage. He provided several options for repairing the problem. The following day the repair crew arrived on schedule and made the improvements in less time than estimated. They found that they did not have to do as much work as originally thought and the bill was lowered accordingly. It was necessary to make several holes in the wall at several locations. They arranged for a professional to come and make the wall repairs. Everything now works properly, the leak is repaired and there is no sign that there was ever a problem. Great job.

Bathroom sink faucet leaked from hot valve. First plumber showed up on Monday, on time early, and disassembled/reassembled valve and took pictures to identify valve stem. He advised the replacement of both stems and I agreed. Second plumber showed up Thursday, on time early, and removed/replaced both stems. Clean and professional job! Less than 2 hrs total.

They were prompt and finished the job within the time estimated. After the installation my wife had a question about the faucets operation and they sent someone out to go over it with her at no charge,

All I can say is professionalism is not dead. They gave us a four hour window and said they would call before they came and they did. Jared performed the job and explained everything to my husband about the new regulators. When he was through he came to the door and asked to check the inside pressure to make sure everything was O.K. Before he came in he put booties over his shoes as not to track dirt into the house. I can't remember the last time a contractor did that. What a pleasant experience. We knew the trip charge up front and we were charged that plus parts. Couldn't be happier. We asked Jared how long he had worked for Hanna, he said 18 years and added they were a great company to work for. I don't think you get employees in this profession staying with a company unless they are a good company. Thank you Jared and Hanna.
