They were good. The person, who came out, was very punctual, courteous, efficient and helpful. His prices were reasonable. I?ll definitely use the company again.

I like them and they are a local company. They are excellent. The person who came out just took care of the leak quickly, it was not that expensive and he knew exactly what it was. I believe they are professional and obviously it was a small job. He charged me about 100 dollars each time and I was pleased with the price. They are my plumber of choice now and I would continue to use them.

It was an emergency, and they were able to come out right away and get the job done for us. It worked out well.

They did the job well. Since he was here, I also had him look at a toilet that was leaking a little bit and he knew that one part was not the right one so he ordered it and came back to put it in. He was right on with that problem.

Chris from Hanna plumbing was prompt, professional and knew exactly what to do. The job involved soldering, installing a new pump and two valves. He was honest and cleaned up after. Labor was $130 for 1.5hrs of work. If I have plumbing issues again, I will call Hanna plumbing first.

My electric water heater began leaking the day before I called Hanna Plumbing. I called and talked with Juan at 9 am and he explained my options in a thorough, professional and courteous manner; which were replace the existing water heater ($885 installed) or put in a tankless water heater that I had been looking at (Juan didn't have a price at the time of my call). Juan told me he would research the price of the type of tankless heater I was looking for, then call me back. I continued my search with other companies in San Diego. Three calls later, I phoned Juan back, told him to stop looking for the tankless heater and requested he send someone out to exchange my leaky storage type water heater. Jose showed up right at noon (Juan had said someone would be there between noon and 4 pm). By 3:15 pm Jose was finished and that was even with me going back online to Angie's List, printing the 5% off member discount coupon, making a call to Juan to make sure Hanna's Plumbing still would honor the coupon (they did) and cleaning up. If asked to recommend Hanna Plumbing in the future, my answer would be a resounding "YES!" P.S. The same water heater installed would have cost me more than $500 at one of the other places I had called earlier that morning...

He was prompt, informative about another leak we had on the faucet stating that the labor to remove the faucet from the pedestal sink would be more costly than a repair. Since we were planning a remodel he suggested we leave it there.

Their man, Abel, came out on July 17, Friday, to assess the problem. He determined that it was just a leaking valve and not both the valve and the line to the house, which we also thought was leaking. The dispatcher then scheduled the actual repair for July 22. Abel showed up on time and proceeded to change the valve. In the process, he raised it about 10 inches to make it more accessible, a nice improvement that showed customer oriented initiative.

Service was completed the same day I called, and within the time frame promised. The technician was very professional in manner and the price was less than other quotes.

Overall excellent experience. Hanna charges by the service call, with a minimum of $80 for up to one hour of service, then $20 for every 15 minutes thereafter. The plumber arrived within stated time window, was courteous, conscientious, and extremely efficient. I will call this company for my future needs.

Our 10 year old water heater began leaking in our garage. I called Hanna Plumbing and they got me on the schedule the next morning. They had the 75 gallon water heater in stock so we could move quickly before the problem got worse. Steve M. showed up right on time and worked diligently. He and his assistant were quiet as church mice and completed the job quickly, cleanly and efficiently. Why go anywhere else!

He arrived within the time slot they gave me. He was a hard worker. He asked me about the drainage and he saw a hole so he thought that must be it. We have had a little trouble with the toilet he installed. The flush mechanism does not work. He did a excellent job.

The Hanna plumber came exactly on time, was polite and immediately went to work. He even swept some of the spilled water out of the garage for us.

We had 5 quotes from various plumbers (3 of which offered a solution that was off base - that's when I joined Angie's list) Hanna Plumbing was the most thorough in truly discovering what they may need to do and estimating what it will take from start to finish. We decided that a complete hot water line re-route would make the most sense since our home is 20 years old. Hanna Plumbing was very prompt, explained everything step by step and had a team of 6 plumbers/technicians get to work. They worked closely with the City inspector and coordinated all inspections. I had one service rep., Juan, assigned to me whom I could contact whenever I had questions. He coordinated their drywall contractor to complete their work and then would provide updates regularly. They were flexible and the work took approximately 1 week (our schedule wasn't as flexible) which delayed the repair. I highly recommend Hanna plumbing for their high quality work.

They came when they said they would, their price was reasonable and they were very efficient in their work. They were very easy to deal with and they were honest.

I was very pleased with Ed, who came out to do the installation. He had come out several days before to look at what needed to be done. First of all, he told me I was looking for the wrong type of sink. I needed a "tile-in" and not an under-mount. We decided on the brand and color I wanted and ordered it from Hannah (price was about the same or a bit lower than other places I had checked). He advised me what type of faucet to get and recommended a Moen and not a Price-Pfister (sp?). On install day he was dismayed to see I had purchased a PP. I told him I had gone to numerous stores throughout San Diego County, and most didn't have the glossy chrome I wanted. Reps also told me that in this price range ($200-$300), faucet quality was about the same. Well, I understood why he recommended a Moen when I had to help him hold the faucet on top while he was trying to lock it in place underneath; every time he rotated the wrench, it turned on top, too. He said the Moen fixtures have a piece that holds it in place while you turn it. Oh, well. He still got it in tight and straight. He did a great job and cleaned up everything. The bill was much lower than first estimated ($707) because he didn't have to install a new RO water filter system faucet as the one I purchased was the wrong type. He also didn't need additional parts that he estimated for because all the old parts fit just right with the new sink. The price included a new sink plus installation. He stayed a bit and told me how to take care of the new sink. I will definitely call them again.

They were out within 24 hours, and the outstanding thing was that he was willing to use up that hour doing small repairs. I couldn't believe it. I got a whole bunch of little plumbing things done.

Overall, things went better than I expected. Danny, who works for Hanna Plumbing arrived around 12:30 which was great since I was given a time frame from 12:00pm-4pm. I thought the leak was from another pipe, but Danny quickly assessed what needed to be fixed. He was quick, professional, and courteous. The whole job was completed in less than an hour. The cost was pretty much what I would expect for this type of job. I would most likely use this company again.

Our 20-year-old water heater failed yesterday. I called Hanna at about 1 PM. They said they could be here between 10 & 2 today. They arrived at about 8:30 AM. I have used Hanna before, & their performance this time was just as expected. On time (early), did a thorough & professional job and the price was very reasonable. I have been ripped off by numerous more "well known" plumbing companies, like those, for example, who make a big deal that the plumbers put on plastic booties (to make sure your carpet doesn't get dirty) & then charge $400 or $500 for a simple faucet repair. Hanna provides professional plumbers with a good attitude who know what they are doing. Their prices are very reasonable (compared to other companies) & they don't try to sell you other things or try to make the job bigger than it is.

Our water heater was leaking water, which I hear is not good! They came the same day and replaced it for us and hauled away our old one. There were no extra costs and it only took about an hour and a half for the whole thing.

Plummer arrived punctually, and immediately went to work. Had all necessary repair parts with him.
