The service was great! A+++! The price was fair, the plumber was awesome and I am very happy with what they did and how they did it. They are completely honest, trustworthy, responsive and knowledgeable! Someone always answers the phone when you call the office! I have used their services many times in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

It was excellent. I can ask them questions. They always provide me useful information and tips to keep the problems at a minimum. I have used them for 17 years and I have no complaints.

The technician was able to reroute the hot water feed line into the kitchen without causing any structural or cosmetic repairs. Their work was professional, timely, and only resulted in one small dry wall patch to be applied in the garage/house wall. I have used Hannah Plumbing for years and find them professional, helpful, and competitive even with the home improvement stores. I would highly recommend Hannah Plumbing for hot water tank replacement. They use only American made products that are sold only through licensed plumbers and they easily upgrade any plumbing fixtures that should be replaced due to age or poor condition. There is no pressure on the customer to spend anything more than is absolutely necessary. They do verify that all your plumbing is fully functional and up to code.

We were happy, he was really good. They guys name was Jared. We used them twice and were very happy. We would recommend Jared with Hannah Plumbing. His name was Jared Walters and he was good. I was extremely happy.

Hanna sent us a super polite, truly capable fellow (named Jose) who not only identified the problem in under an hour (a pin-hole leak in the hot water pipe) but also was able to fix it immediately. This issue was in a well-lit, well-maintained private home, on an internal garage wall adjacent to a bathroom, and was misdiagnosed by multiple "qualified" people. Moral of the story? We recommend Hanna Plumbing for your plumbing needs based on the quality, accuracy and promptness of their work. Another company (a "Yelp-well-reviewed" company) had been first to assess the damage and quote. They wanted to dismantle the garage and wall for 5-6 days, sell us a new water heater, and $2500+ dollars of water damage remediation. They also tried to sell us "a temporary water heater for the week" for an additional $650).

Hanna Plumbing scheduled a person for me in a hurry, which was a huge relief since the kitchen was unusable with a leak in the garbage disposal unit. The person from Hanna came right on time, and immediately replaced the garbage disposer within 25 minutes. Then he looked at the water pipe leak and explained to me the options and the cost of replacing just the washers versus having to replace the whole valve assembly. He tried replacing just the washers, but that didn't stop the leak, so he then replaced the whole assembly. He was very thorough, and I am very happy with the quality of service as well as knowledge of the person who came to my place.

They were very professional and very thorough and it was quick. So, I was very pleased with it. It worked, it didn’t leak. He fixed the leak and that was the only issue.

We were very satisfied with the service. We have recommended them to others. Price was average. Came out when needed. They did not do anything that was not necessary.

They're not the cheapest. We would definitely use them in the future.

Unfortunately things did not go well. Hannah Plumbing came out 18 months ago to fix a leak that was on the "wrong" side of the main water valve. Wrong since on one side it is the water districts responsibility while on the house side of the valve it is mine. Guess which side it was... Hannah plumbing came out promptly last year as an emergency and rapidly repaired a minor but persistent leak where metal joined a PVC pipe. All was well until 18 months later when I happened to look into the concrete box that houses the main water valve and it was full of water. I rapidly determined that the junction that had been previously fixed was leaking again (exposed the leaking area with a shovel). I called Hannah plumbing (as an aside, their person who schedules appointments is fairly abrupt but ok maybe he had a bad day). They were very responsive and came out the next day. The work was done promptly and the plumber was very pleasant BUT I was also presented with another bill which was actually more than the initial cost from last year. I asked the plumber to ask his manager if there could be a discount since clearly the previously repaired leak should not have recurred but they said it was out of the 1 year warranty. That is true but a glued pipe if done appropriately should be permanently fixed. Regardless to say, I am not happy and will not use this company again. There are many, many plumbers in San Diego.

Work was excellent! Toilets were installed without a problem. Workmanship, including clean-up, was very professional.

HORRIBLE. I called for an appointment, was told I would receive a call back to confirm if a same day appointment was possible. I waited 1.5 hours with no call back. Finally I called to learn what happened, they now have no same day appointments, even though they offer 24 hour emergency service. I strongly DO NOT recommend Hanna Plumbing.

It worked out excellent. He explained everything and gave me the prices before starting any work. He was courteous and the best plumber that I ever had. I did not feel like he was trying to oversell me on anything. He was conservative with his approach.

I learned a valuable lesson over the holiday weekend. I had a gas leak. I phoned SDG&E and that was the worst mistake of my life as a happy homeowner. Had I phoned Hanna Plumbing and Supply first I would have saved $283.00. Little did I know that when you phone SDG&E first they not only shut the gas off, they put a lock on it so that before you can get it turned back on again, you must take a detailed drawing of your gas lines and apply for a permit, have an inspection done by a City Employee from where you live, and then after he gives the blessing, you then have to phone the gas company back and ask them to return to take the lock off and then turn your gas back on. Hanna Plumbing and Supply & their workers were the very best professionals. They were here very quickly, they know their jobs very well and make every effort to assess the situation efficiently as well as thoroughly. Dale Reed is the one who worked on my issue and was so informative, respectful, and knowledgeable. He always discussed with me what the next step was and asked me how did I want to proceed. He answered all my questions so I could make a informed decision. The survey results person from SDG&E is about as worthless as it gets. She is simply there as a "feel good" person to listen and do absolutely nothing. She even offered that she understood my situation - yet she had not experienced it......imagine that! And while she is sorry you are a senior citizen and living on a fixed income, she really does not have any input over charges. And no, there isn't a program for seniors. She was amazingly not helpful, and an expert in that field. Everyone at Hanna spoke to me as if I actually had intelligence and was respectful. Unlike the FEEL GOOD gal at SDG&E who is being paid really good money to do nothing except phone you back when they get a bad review on the survey. Amazing what we all are paying for when we pay our bill at SDG&E. She is part of what we pay for folks. The unhappy Homeowner!

There customer service is excellent. When I called saying that something was not functioning as it was supposed to that was still under warranty they sent out a guy immediately and he was at my house in 15 minutes. I was impressed.
