+ 0 moreI noticed a big puddle of water draining from the water heater on Saturday, May 21th. I called Hanna Plumbing but they were very busy and not able to come by until Monday morning. So, I called several plumbers and one came out on Saturday. I decided not use the guy because of his attitude. Afterwards, I placed another call to Hanna's Plumbing first thing Monday morning to schedule service. Jared came out and replaced my water heater still under warranty, replaced the valve connections, installled a water pan, and replaced the pressure regulator. He was at my home for three hours and with parts and labor, it totaled $600 but he gave me a Angieslist discount which reduced it to $570. Jared was prompt, professional, and efficient with his service. I was very pleased and highly recommend this company.
Description of Work: My water heater was leaking at the bottom and at a valve connection on top. I had replaced this heater one year ago and to my dismay, it was having problems again. The water heater, connections, and water pressure regulator was replaced and a pan was placed underneath the water heater.

I had a couple of phone calls with the install department at Hanna Plumbing and the gentlemen were very professional and helpful. All around, great experience. I would recommend these guys to my family members and friends.
Description of Work: I have done a bit of remodeling in my master bathroom. I wanted to change the old bathtub trim kit (shower head, hot/cold water handle, spout, overflow cap, and the push down mechanism) and also install a new p trap under the new vanity (I had taken care of installing the new faucet). The gentleman from Hanna Plumbing ended up coming back two times. The first time, I had purchased a trim kit that did not fit. We had to order a trim kit that fitted; the second time, with the correct trim kit in my hands, he came back within a week to install the majority of the pieces but did not have with him the overflow cap and the push down mechanism. The third time, he finished up the job. I did not mind him coming back a few times, if I had let them order to correct parts at the first place, the install job would have been expedited. At the end of the day, I was charged for 1.75 hours and the hourly labor rate was very fair. Better than the last plumber I had hired.

+ -1 moreWe had called about some hammer-like vibrations in our kitchen sink and dishwasher. The plumber from Hana's showed up shortly after noon for a noon to 4:00pm service window, quickly diagnosed the problem (shut-off valves left partially closed by the people who remolded the house shortly before we moved in a year ago) and did some other quick diagnostic checks on the fresh water pluming system.
Description of Work: We called because of some hammer-like vibrations in our kitchen sink and dishwasher. The plumber was quickly able to a**** that the problem was due to the builder/re-modeler having left the shutoff valves partially closed during the remodel shortly before we moved in a year before. In addition, he verified that our water pressure was properly set at the whole-house cut-off.

Seth disposed of the old parts and cleaned up the work areas, which I appreciated. Very professional service. I will definitely hire this company again!

He explained to me that this will most likely occur again in the future due to the fact that he didn't have direct-enough access to the drain to use a larger cutter snake to better clear out the piping. He informed me that gaining access to that drain to allow for a larger snake would involve running a pipe to the roof. Very knowledgeable. Will hire again.

He was actually able to re-route the plumbing to our second water heater which had not been used in years and was still in good condition thereby saving us the cost of purchasing a new tank! We know that eventually we will have to replace that tank but for now it's working fine. We will definately call Hanna Plumbing when we have any other plumbing needs. God Bless Hanna Plumbing!!!!

+ -1 moreThey were mediocre. They did a quick walk through for 5 minutes and then gave me a quote. The quote was very expensive. It was the highest out of all the quotes that I had received. They didn?t answer my questions. So I was disappointed with them. They were very unprofessional. The estimator told me that he would send me the quote through an e-mail. He then sent me an e-mail with a quote for $10500 for basically $5000 worth of job. I had a bad experience with them. He was very quick and he was late by 30 minutes. I kept calling them, but they never called back. They should have got back to me. They told me that they would give me the quote the next day, but they gave it to me about 5 days later. They did an assessment just for 5 minutes. I found them to be rude.

They are professional, focusing on the job, careful not to damage the counters. This is the second time I've used them, same experience both times. They are now my go-to plumber. I think the price is typical, I think the typical price is high.

They found some things in the downstairs bath that led to eradication of mold and saved us a lot of money if we had found it later. They are the only one I will consider. They are reliable, give an approxiamte cost, come on time, are congenial, and are fairly priced.

+ -1 moreI am extremely pleased with the work that Steve from Hanna's Plumbing performed. He was at my house for most of the day and was very courteous and respectful the entire day. He did an excellent job, checking and re-checking everything before he left. I feel that the price was quite a good bargain for all of the work that Steve performed and the nice quality of the sinks that he replaced. I would definitely hire them again and I have already recommended them to a friend.
Description of Work: I had an old reverse osmosis system replaced under my kitchen sink. Along with fixing the sink, the plumber repaired some leaks, installed new pipes and angle stops. Additionally, I had four bathroom rusted sinks replaced with new porcelain sinks and low water usage faucets. The plumber re-piped everything including angle stops. While at the house, the plumber replaced my old corroded washing machine hookup. He had to saw off the old hose since it was so badly corroded. While working on replacing the hoses, he noticed that the previous installer had not correctly hooked up my new Whirlpool duet washer and dryer, so he fixed that. He also replaced a bathtub stop for me.

+ -1 moreJarad had to replace a strip of copper piping under my house that had split and water was pouring out of it. He also checked to make sure it was the only leak under the house after it fixed it. He fixed my garbage disposal that was clogged with glass so it runs great again now. I thought I would have to replace it after a small glass bowl was run though it by accident but he got it working again.
Description of Work: I had a leak under my house (house is on a raised foundation). Jarad went under my house which is a crawl space in the bedroom closet and found the leak and fixed it. He also checked to make sure that it was the only leak. I know it is not fun going under a house because I have been under there but he never complained. He also fixed my garbage disposal that hadn't been working for awhile. He didn't show up until 5:30 on Friday afternoon but they called and told me that he was running late. He stayed until he fixed the problem which was about 7:00. I was grateful to have it fixed before the weekend. I will call them again when I have a plumbing problem.

+ 0 moreWe found out about a leak in our 6 year old hot water heater on Friday and contacted Hanna Plumbing around 2:30pm. They asked for the model number and make of our current water heater so that they can bring one with them. They were able to send a technician within the hour. Seth arrived and told us that it cannot repaired. He went to work and had the new one up and running in about an hour. He was professional and pleasant. We did not think to ask them to bring a tray as well to put under the water heater. We wished that they had asked us if we needed one, or brought one with them in the truck. Other than that, we are very satisfied with their work.
