Hanna went out of their way to do the job. They did not have the necessary parts in stock. They checked around, found the parts were available at Home Depot and sent us over to pick up the parts to save us their extra cost to do it. We phoned when we had the parts and they came promptly to finish the job. Service was quick, friendly and professional. All in all, a great experience.

I noticed a wet spot in my ceiling when I got up in the morning. I called multiple plumbers to see when I could get someone out. When I called Hanna they were very responsive. Someone was there before noon and the job was done in less than an hour. The plumber showed me the piece of pipe he replaced which actually had multiple leaks. I really appreciated this since not everyone does this.

We initially agreed to pay the online company that we bought our new range from to perform the installation (for a $129 charge). When they delivered the range, the representatives did not have the necessary gas fittings to perform the installation (even though they SHOULD have, since it was a fitting that was obviously needed for this particular range - as per the installation instructions). They told us to go to Home Depot and pick up a fitting ourselves, and then reschedule the installation. Having done that, when I tried to reschedule installation with them (a trucking company, it turns out...not exactly specialists in installations), the "dispatcher" I spoke to claimed that they weren't able to install a range that uses propane instead of natural gas (even though they sold us a range that came with a propane conversion kit...and so we should have AT LEAST been informed much earlier that it wasn't possible for them to install it). The representative of the online company agreed to credit us the $129 installation fee and recommended to hire either a plumber or installation specialist instead...so I contacted Hanna Plumbing and made an appt for the next day. Chris arrived about an hour later than the appt window (10AM-1PM)...but, to be fair, there was construction taking place on the main road coming to our house, and they were stopping traffic for various periods of time during the day, so we can't blame Hanna entirely for his showing up late (although it would have been helpful if they had kept us better informed as to the ETA of their representative. Once Chris arrived, he did a fine job of installing the range. As expected, he had all the necessary tools and materials needed to get the job done...and had the installation complete in about 1.5 hours. He was professional, courteous, and knew what he was doing. In addition, the cost was essentially the same as what the online appliance seller was planning to charge...but I felt much more confident that Chris from Hanna Plumbing knew what he was doing. We would contact Hanna again for any plumbing services we might need in the future. Other than the punctuality issue (again, not entirely their fault), we were very pleased with the services performed.

We spoke to them about the water softener system but we held out on that for now. They were able to do the work for us at about half what another plumber estimated. They did a great job.

Called on Sunday 3/23 - explained situation to on call plumber. They were out of water heaters and the tech asked that I call and the regular business line and leave all the details so that the company could reply first thing Monday morning. Their service department was very prompt in returning my call first thing Monday morning and the call was scheduled for later that day. Mark arrived within the scheduled time window with a new hot water heater, did the removal of the old one, installed the new one, explained some changes in the newer hot water heaters, cleaned up, took the old water heater and left. We were very pleased with the service and this is the best clean up I believe I have ever seen. There was not one scrap left anywhere. I would definitely call them again.

The plumber came over and checked the water pressure, his gauge said 50 PSI, the home inspector I had out said that it was over 100. The plumber stated it was ok but still charged me for coming out to check. I then purchased my own pressure meter to check it and it said 105 PSI. It turned out that the home inspector was right and that Hanna Plumbing had a defective pressure meter. I contacted them to see if I could get a refund and they provided the refund with me. I was happy with their followup.

They were straightforward. There were no hidden fees. What they quoted me was exactly what I got. The guy was competent and friendly. It was done quickly. They were exactly right on time.

They got a snake out of the drain. Before coming out they said what it was going to be and how much an hour after that, which was very fair. They came out the next day and the work was proficient. The guy was super nice, super professional and it was affordable. He was a nice guy. It wasn’t the question about the price. They charged us only $95 dollars, and I tipped the guy so it was $100. The other plumbing company quoted $275. This guy was so friendly. I would recommend him to family and friends. He was here to resolve the situation and the other guy was here to make me feel like I was in a desperation and I had to spend all the money on him, no matter what. They came an hour earlier, than they said they might be. They gave as a time frame, between 10 and 2 and when they will come out. That was good. They were super friendly, and I couldn’t ask for a better service. He recommended other plumbers, he said if he couldn’t do it, we can call them and they were very good people and I thought was admirable. He showed the truck on the road and said those are the guys and they are good. If I call and if he doesn’t have the equipment or something, then he has to contact a bigger company and these guys have everything that you could possibly ask for.

My first experience with Hanna Plumbing, and it was a good one. Seth was prompt, knew what he was doing, and finished very quickly. He was very personable and professional, and neat. Hanna is now my plumber. Jim Miller

It went very well -- better than I expected. I was given a service window between 12 and 4 pm and the plumber, Adam, arrived around 2 pm. He was very professional and organized. I was very happy with the repair work he did. He was pleasant and approachable, which was good, since I know nothing about plumbing. I would highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

They came out right away, did a great job and communicate very well. They were very knowledgeable and priced reasonably.

I am very pleased with my interactions with Hanna plumbing as well as the work they performed. They were extremely professional, and were able to send someone out to fix/replace my water heater the next day. They worked very efficiently while they were here and finished much faster than I expected. I looked at several other companies to perform the service but the ratings Hanna Plumbing received on Angie's list made me select them and I am so glad I did. Do yourself a favor, stop looking and use Hannah Plumbing, you won't be sorry!

All went well. The plumber noticed some angle stops that needed to be replaced so I had that done too. On time, professional. I use Hanna Plumbing all of the time and have always been very happy with their services.

I called Hanna's to install a water heater part on an emergency basis (after three days with no hot water, it WAS an emergency!). They came out within 45 minutes that same evening. Fred, the service technician, was polite and installed the part in less than 10 minutes. Every aspect of their service was excellent. I highly recommend this company. You can be sure they will be on my contact list for any plumbing service required in the future.

We live in a mobile home and found that the subfloor im the master bath was wet and falling apart. We traced the wetness to our leaking water heater. We needed to get the water heater replaced before it destroyed the subfloor in our master bath and the guest bedroom. So we called Hanna Plumbing (760-726-2002), which we had used many years before to change our water lines from PVC to copper, in hopes getting a quick solution. They sent out a technician within a couple of hours with a new water heater that was larger (forty gal. as opposed to the old 30 gal.) and that cost less than a 30 gal.replacement. The tech replaced the old unit quickly, took the old unit, and any trash from the job, away and quickly departed. All the people from Hanna were extremely courteous, friendly. and knowledgeable in dealing with our problem. This was another job done well and quickly. From our experience, this company is highly recommended for your plumbing needs

They quoted us $3200 or something. Then they said that they found a better way of doing it and it costed only $2300. They have very high integrity. They are very reasonably priced. It was just incredible. They were quick, efficient and they came right on time. They were not one of those who gave us a window and came within that time frame. They were here pretty much right on time. I will absolutely use their services again in the future.

The plumber was on time and professional. The plumber he tested for a slab leak was unable to find a source of the suspected leak. He advised that we observe the moist area and call if it expanded which it has not. He unclogged the drain easily.

The experience with the plumber for the 1st toilet differed from the experience with the plumber for the other 2 toilets. The 1st plumber sucked up water from the bowl into the bathroom sink! Yuck! He tracked water and mud on the laundry room and garage floors. The 2nd plumber was scheduled to arrive between 10 am and 2 pm. We called the company at 1:53 pm and were told he'd arrive in a few minutes. He arrived at 3 pm. He brought his own bucket and didn't empty toilet bowl water into any sinks--yay! He told us not to use the toilets for 24 hours (something the 1st plumber did not mention). Everyone we spoke with by phone at the office was polite and helpful. The B for punctuality is for being an hour late. The B for professionalism is for dumping toilet water in the bathroom sink and for tracking water and mud on the floors.

I called Hanna Plumbing on a Tuesday and they were able to make it out on that Friday. Jared, the plumber was on time (within the window they gave me), friendly, clean and professional. On the initial service call he was able to unclog my bathroom sink and remove my old kitchen sink and disposal. Unfortunately, despite my best measuring efforts, the new sink needed a cutout just a tad larger than what I had in my granite. Jared, with my permission, contacted a stone/tile cutter to come out to cut the granite the following Monday. Jared marked all the correct measurements for the new cutout so the cutter could just come in and get it cut. After the cutting was complete, Jared returned to finish the installation of my new sink and disposal! It took 2 trips to my house to get it done but it was worth it. To be clear, I made the measurements and purchased the sink myself, and there was just no way to know the actual dimensions of the cutout until you removed the old sink, so none of these delays were the fault of Jared or Hanna Plumbing. I was in a time crunch so I didn't do much research into competitive prices so I don't know how Hanna Plumbing compares to others in that category, but to be honest I would rather pay a little more to get the job done right the first time, and Hanna accomplished that. I will use them again in the future and would recommend them to friends, family and neighbors.
