I was very impressed with their professionalism and integrity for providing me with information only and not trying to sell me any products or services.

They did a great job. They worked with the city inspector to make sure everything was up to code. They were very easy to work with and were easy to get a hold of.

We needed to have the shutoff valve for the washing machine replaced (it had been leaking). Hanna Pluming arrived on time at 8:00 a.m. and quickly checked what needed to be done. This involved disassembling the multiple connections for the existing valve, changing the valve out and re-doing the connections. In order to do the work he had to turn off the water supply. It was apparent that the main shutoff valve didn't work. This then required checking the location other two apparent water connections to the house from the main. The main valve cover located at the curb had sand in the hole which had to be dug out and he did that quickly. After completing the switchout of the shutoff valve for the washing machine in order to address the problem with the shutoff valve to the house he called his dispatcher and rearranged his schedule to do the following (all at our request with no armtwisting on his part): replaced the main water shutoff valve at the house, replaced the pressure regulator where the water supply line entered the house, checked the kitchen sink drain (it was fine), and then replaced and secured (the pipe had been loose) an exterior hose bib which had been very loose and wobbly. The total cost of materials was $190. The work was completed in two hours with all connections made neatly and properly secured. Beautiful looking work done professionally and quickly. Quite impressive

They are very good. They replaced the entire plumbing system in our home with copper piping. They are good, decent people, and they never lie to you. I have recommended them to everyone.

Punctual for the free estimate and the price, after the job was completed, actually was less than the estimate. The job took approximately 4 hours to complete and there was no procrastination. No complaints!

I used them twice and they were very good. They are knowledgeable and had to order a special part which came in quite quickly. I was afraid they were going to have to go into the wall to fix it but the part they ordered worked fine and they did not have to tear into my wall. They worked on this job while I was not here and they were really good about calling me throughout their work to keep me updated on when the part might arrive and when they could put it in; they were good at communicating.

They offered prevailing rates, $1680.00 for my small job of running a gas line. They provided a written estimate within 5 days of the service guy looking at what was to be done. They also didn't include the city permit / inspector release for the job. A $180.00 cost. So if the job wasn't done to code I don't know if Hanna would have charged me additional to come out & make it right.

We have used them several times and they are consistently great. Easy to talk to and always there when you call. They're always on time.

Hanna kept to their original quote and honored the coupon. They were on time, and left no trace of debris at the job. Never knew they were there except the house now had hot water and the site was spotless.

He was good and polite. He was actually the first person from Angie's List that I used and I was really impressed. He was punctual and very fast in completing the job. He offered reasonable price. We had a pleasant experience and we were very pleased.

My water heater went crazy heating the water without stopping until it''s Internal safety mechanism shut it off. I measured it at 160 on its way UP, and it was set for 120. Hanna Plumbing was the 5th plumbing company I phoned (should have been the first!) Every other company quoted me between $800-$900 for a new water heater. When I finally called Hanna Plumbing, the very knowledgable man on the phone asked me the model number, and to text him a photo of my water heater, which I did, as well as telling him it was around 12 years old. He called me back in less than 5 minutes and said my water heater was 5 years old (whoops) he could tell from the serial number, that it was a really good heater and should last many more years, most likely just needed new control panels (at a bargain of $134) Wow. - Hanna Plumbing offers honesty and integrity - both of which corporate America desperately needs to mimic! The personable, professional and efficient repairman came and changed it out.....for the quoted price. They saved me a LOT OF MONEY, and could have easily done what all of the other plumbing companies did.........quote just under 1000 dollars for a new water heater I did not need. THANK YOU HANNA PLUMBING, I am now one of your faithful customers!!! Furthermore I have recommended them to personal friends. I WOULD CERTAINLY and HAPPILY and CONFIDENTIALLY recommend them to everyone in San Diego.

They are a wonderful bunch of boys. I never had a clog after that. Their price was reasonable for me.

I called Hanna Plumbing to clear my kitchen drain that had become hopelessly clogged. The office staff was very efficient with scheduling the service call and was willing to work with my schedule to leave work and meet the plumber. Chris arrived during the window of time that was scheduled and quickly went to work to clear the drain. He was knowledgeable and had the appropriate equipment to complete the job. He took the extra time to not only clear the actula clog, but clean the rest of the drain to the full extent of his equipment. We have used Hanna Plumbing multiple times in the past for general plumbing repairs as well as replacement of our water heater. We have always been happy with their workmanship and competitive pricing. They will continue to be our plumber of choice for all our plumbing needs.

Excellent service from start to finish! The schedulers were very accommodating at finding an early morning time that fit our work schedule. Fred Jr. called to let us know he was on his way and arrived on time; he was very friendly and professional, taking time to explain various options on such a fairly simple installation. The install was quick and smooth, and finished well in time so that I could get to work on time. There was some concern about which size valve I wanted to go with (since I hadn't done my full research ahead of time). Fred Jr. installed the size he felt would be most flexible for attaching a grill/burner/etc, but encouraged me to call him if I wanted to change the fitting after looking at my options online. Sure enough, I found a quick disconnect valve that was appealing because it would provide a greater level of safety (especially with a 1 year old in the house). I ordered the special part online and called Fred on his cell phone when it arrived ~1 week later. Sure enough, he was in my area on another job and said he could come to my place to install the new valve when he completed his call. I left the part for him outside and it was installed perfectly (no additional charges) when I arrived home that day from work. That commitment to service is really what inspired me to leave this positive review; I would consider Hanna Plumbing for future projects and recommend them wholly to others.

Everything went beautiful. They were very helpful. He didn’t charge me for the service call. He told me to call the faucet company and they would replace it for free and then call him back and he will put it in. He did and the installation went well.

The technician scoped the drain and found the obstruction, but unfortunately because of the sharp bend at the bottom of the washing machine drain, his cleaning tool could not make the sharp bend. He tried a couple different approaches unsuccessfully. At the end he recommended a company that only did drain cleanings, helped me make the connection to the company. A great company will help you resolve your problem when they cannot help, this is a good company, great people! Their assistance with the referral got my drain cleaned a couple hours later, Hanna Plumbing, Thanks for the help!

They were timely and professional. They cleaned up and weren't botheres by having to go all over the house for minor problems we had.

I called Hanna and they came out within an hour. He turned off the water and used a machine to find exactly where the water was leaking from. He told me I had a choice between fixing the pipe through the wall or moving the pipe and he put it on the outside of the wall so they didn't have to dig into the wall if this was a problem again. He was quick and efficient and knew he what he was doing. He was polite and courteous as well. Everything was right up front and he offered to do other plumbing fixes. I asked if I needed it and he said I may or may not because it is an older home and was very honest about whether I would need it or not. He was honest that the price would be the same whether I do it now or later it was just how comfortable I was but he was not pushy.

We purchased our home and knew that our water heater needed replaced. After doing lots of research and thinking of tankless vs a traditional tanked heater we found the reviews for Hanna Plumbing to be positive. Speaking with Korina on the phone made me feel even more comfortable with our choice to have Hanna Plumbing install our water heater. We opted for the tank heater and are extremely happy with the installation. Hanna Plumbing brought our water heater up to code and the water heater looks very professionally installed. Hanna Plumbing is our new plumber and we won't go anywhere else!
