Description of Work: Re-route job--pipes under slab replaced by pipes in the walls to prevent slab leak. There was no leak but there was a high probability of a slab leak in the future due to acidic soil in our neighborhood (This was my opinion, not Hanna Plumbing's--I have a Master's degree in geology, and with three slab leaks in the last two years on other houses on my street it was going to happen to my house too).

+ -1 moreThis was a fantastic experience and when I replace my water heater in the future, I will use Hanna Plumbing. I also learned from friends who had major work done in their home, they used Hanna Plumbing and were completely satisfied and grateful for their honesty and professionalism.
Description of Work: I had a rumbling noise in the pipes in my home. I contacted Hanna Plumbing because of their rating on Angie's List and because I had such a positive experience when I spoke to them about a different problem several months ago. The company scheduled the appointment early in the morning to accomodate a very difficult work schdule. Fred arrived right on time, he had a good guess immediately about the cause of the problem but he did a thorough check and spent a lot of time educating me about the problem and then answered many questions about an unrelated situation. He installed a new pressure regulator, did not charge me but asked me to notice over the next several days if that corrected the problem and then call him or the office. I called the office after a few days and they gave me the total over the phone, I paid with my credit card. I was very impressed with the fees, the flexibility and the willingness not to charge me until I was able to verify if he corrected the problem which he did. I have never dealt with a company who was this flexible and trusting that I would pay the bill.

+ -1 moreScheduling was easy, customer service rep was pleasant and knowledgeable. Technician was a little late but service reps called twice to keep me posted on his arrival time. Technician was pleasant, snaked the drain and was out quickly. Cost was about $15 less than original quote.

+ -1 moreMy water heater quit working on Saturday. I sent an email to Hanna's giving them the details of my unit and let them know I would appreciate contact early Monday. GP called me before 8am on Monday and let me know that they could not help with my proprietary unit. He then went on to say he had contacted Sears and given them my information so that Sears would be able to send me the part I needed. He gave me their POC and number and I was able to get my unit fixed the next day. GP went above and beyond and when I need any other plumbing work I will definitely call them first.

+ 0 moreThe reason we picked Hanna to begin with was because I had called 5 companies on a Saturday and Hanna was the first to return my call. Most of the other companies don't do water heaters on a Saturday. Jared talked to my husband for 20 minutes or so, and helped him trouble shoot our water heater and get it working again. He was very helpful and not pushy, he said that it was possible that our water heater could work for 6 more months, but that if the pilot light went out again and again then it might be time to replace it. He gave us prices over the phone. When we realized our water heater's pilot light wasn't going to stay lit we called Hanna's. They were able to come out the same day and we were very pleased with the service tech. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and left the area clean. He took time to show my husband the different maintenance requirements and where all of the switches are etc... They were great, I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: First they talked with us on the phone and helped us get our water heater up and running again. And gave us pointers on what we could do to get it to stay on. Then they came out a couple of days later and installed a 50 gallon water heater. And took our old one.

Hanna came in with a professional analysis and went on to complete the job in a timely fashion. Their workmanship was excellent. It was a large, multi-day job and they were careful to protect interior surfaces and furniture and cleaned up after each day's work. We would definitely recommend them for any plumbing problems.

+ -1 moreCalled to schedule an appointment to have someone come out. I was given a time on for the same day, which is great. However, the time is a 4 hour span from noon to 4 pm, which unfortunately is too common. The individual was kind enough to offer to give me a call 30 min before the plumber arrives. Kindly declined. Plumber arrived at 3:30 pm. Clog cleared by 3:50. Charged the normal service fee (for 1 hour work) plus an extra fee for using the snake. I would assume using the snake would be part of the service. Not a big deal but just unexpected. Overall, very good experience. Quick resolution, which is always good when it comes to plumbing.
Description of Work: Had a clog pipe leading into the Sceptic.

+ -1 moreThe plumber showed up on time and spent about two hours doing all the kitchen re-plumbing after the demo for cabinets was done. He did a neat and clean job. He answered all the questions I had. He gave me the invoice and told me to call if there were any problems with the work. There were no problems. I would be please to use them again and suggest them to friends or family.
Description of Work: They redid the plumbing in the kitchen after the whole kitchen was demoed and new cabinets put in. This included plumbing for sink, installing garbage disposal, set up for dishwasher and checking the gas line for the stove.

+ -1 moreRoots coming out of the shower drain! "Fred" knew what he was talking about, very friendly and took the time to explain. The problem did not turn out to be in my drain but we now know what we need to look into. The company was very accommodating, on time and while Fred took the time to explain the situation he also kept working. I asked about maintenance service and he is putting me on a reminder call for next year. This was a rental unit and I live an hour away so being on time and getting the work done is high on my list. I was very impressed with him as well as the office and will for sure use this company in the future.
