Hanna Plumbing & Supply Inc. are very good. The work went fine. They were very prompt. If they didn't come out the day, they came out the next morning and had it done within just a couple of hours. So, that was good. They're very pleasant and courteous. They don't make a big mess, when they have to take things out or put things back. They do a nice job of doing it neatly and cleaning up after themselves. The water heater works fabulous. So, it was all-around good. Every time I've had them, they've always been very prompt, very professional and gotten whatever it was that I called them for taken care of quickly and at a reasonable price.

They were reasonable in cost and punctual. They are a reliable and good company to work with.

Fixing the leak in the toilet required that the toilet be removed. It was a messy job but the work was done quickly and the bathroom was left spotless. The kitchen faucet required that a couple of parts be replaced. Again everything went well and we are very happy with Hanna Plumbing's work.

They came out on the first day and on the 3rd day; they said that they are busy over the weekend. It took us 5 days to get the quote. They were nice and respectable but I had a difficult time in getting them to give me the quote.I won't go back to them because they were so slow.

Hanna Plumbing was great. They came promptly, completed the work efficiently and well. They were also true to their price quote. (This was after I got burned with Sears.) This company is excellent.

I can call them and they set up the appointments with the tenants. They are fantastic. They are thorough, the pricing is good and do good work overall.

My kitchen faucet was leaking by the spout. American Standard sent me the seal kit but I wasn't able to remove the set screw to even try. I called Hanna and left a message Saturday. I pointed out it wasn't an emergency, I simply turned the water off by the sink. They called first thing Monday morning and they gave me a window of between 10 and 2. They were there 10:15. Fred, the service person, was extremely professional, polite and a pleasure to watch. He had it fixed in minutes. I had mentioned I was a member of Angie's List and that I had a coupon in the book if he needed it , but he gave me a senior discount for the same amount. I would definitely recommend Hanna and would definitely use them again.

I found a wet spot in a bedroom ceiling one morning. I started calling various plumbers recommended by friends to see if anyone could come out right away. when no one was available until the next day, I decided to join Angie's list. Here I found Hana Plumbing. Hanna came out within hours and repaired the pipe. I was impressed when the plumber brought me the section of pipe that he had removed containing the pin holes He explained why this sort of leak happens. I was very impressed that he took the time to do this. Excellent service. The plumber was prompt and very professional.

It was a good experience. The one plumber I had requested he was very efficient. He took care of business. He did all three things efficiently and effectively and dealt with me and my questions very well and didn't charge me much considering the amount of equipment and stuff he replaced things with and the work that he did.

It went great overall. A representative came out to estimate and set up the job. We wanted high end fixtures of particular brands and they were able to get them for us at competitive prices. The plumbers who did the work were professional, friendly and did an excellent job. Plus, by purchasing the fixtures we wanted through them, they stand behind the products and will come out to take care of any problems. When asked if I would use them again, absolutely yes! In fact, about a month after they came out, we developed an unrelated problem with our pressure regulating valve coming into the house. I called them and they came out and did another great job. They are now our "go to" plumber and if we build another house I will definitely use the.

We discovered the broken drain on a Sunday and called Hanna Plumbing Monday morning. They couldn't send anyone until Wednesday. When the man came, he looked under the house and said he couldn't do anything to fix the drain until we got someone to pump out the standing liquid. We got a septic service to pump out as much of the water as possible the very next morning and called Hanna Plumbing immediately to send someone to fix the drain because we couldn't use any water in the house until it was repaired. They didn't send anyone until Friday morning. He was able to get to the drain and did an excellent job of repairing the break and reinforcing the supports, but had not been informed by the dispatcher to bring lime to spread where the leaked sewage had been. The following Monday, after a number of calls, a technician did come and spread the lime. The quality of the work and the price definitely deserve A's but I give the company a C on responsiveness, considering that we had a serious problem and were unable to use water in our house, yet it took a week from our first call to completion of the job.

They did a good job. Their pricing was pretty reasonable. He came on time and he did the job fast. He was knowledgeable. They didn't smell of cigarette smoke, which is always a problem with plumbers.

Tim, the plumber was on time (actually called and came early). He was very nice and very knowledgable. He told us how to maintain our equipment and how to prevent future problems. He told us how to save money as well. He finished all the jobs quixckly and we were very pleased with all the work.

Everything went well. Jerad described what he was going to do and why. Gave me a choice of replacement parts. And completed the job quickly. Hanna is now my plumber.

Steve came out both times. The garbage disposal was replaced and the spray hose was leaking. Steve had me order the part online then came back out to replace the hose. It was great service.

Nick was great. He did an initial inspection of two different leaks in our home and came back on a different date to repair one of the two leaks. He also snaked our sinks and fixed a broken toilet. We were very happy with his work and his honesty. One of the leaks he couldn't repair because he determined it was an issue with our shower tiles versus plumbing and pipes. We appreciate his help in isolating the issues and solving them (as much as he could) for us.

He was reliable. He came right away when I needed him. He told me exactly what was wrong when he got here. He managed to take care of it right away and things have been working just fine ever since.
