Much thanks to all my fellow Angies List reviewers out there! Because of your reviews I decided to go with Hanna and I couldn?t be more happy with my decision! I called them at 10am in the morning. The very nice person who answered the phone said Chris would be out to us between 1pm and 3pm. Well, Chris, who is now my drain angel, showed up at 9:45am. I explained the problem, he took a look, gave an estimate, and went to work. 15 minutes later, I have a clear drain, and the total was $155, exactly what Chris told me it would be. I'm thrilled with his work, and will definitely use him again.

The serviceman Chris came on time and had the necessary parts. He replaced them quickly and cleaned up after himself. I couldn't have asked for more.

It took him maybe 10 minutes .They do not use washers anymore on hot cold/hot water handles in sinks. I only needed one for the hot water sink in bath room. I found the cost was a little high.

I could not believe how efficient these 2 were.First, they laid plastic everywhere they would be walking. while Segundo was working in the attic, Dale was cutting 3 very neat holes in the wall. In 2 hours and 40 minutes, they had finished the plumbing and cleaned everything up. We did the drywall patching ourselves which was made easier by the neat cuts by Dale.

Dale showed up on time to install two 10 year warranty water heaters. After he was done, my garage was a mess and had standing water. I mentioned it to him and he just wanted to leave. I called the office and they sent him back to clean up the standing water and dirt he left in my garage. The next morning I noticed water leaking outside my house. They sent out a new Plumber who was great. He found a major water leak an fixed it. He also cleaned up perfectly. When they sent me the bill in the mail, they had added on extra charges. Dale never mentioned anything extra. I recommended getting a bid in writing from them before they start the work. They called the day before and increased the charges. Dale also installed a bath tub in my house on another occasion and failed to use a level and the bathtub had to be removed and reinstalled.

Everything went well. They are very professional and do great work. I will be using them again.

He did an excellent job but did not clean up after himself. My bathroom was clean when he arrived and when he left he left greasy mess and fingerprints everywhere. Afterward several people told me he charged too much for the job he did.

I called them up and asked if they can come out and they generally came out right away. They showed up on time and seemed to do a good job. Their pricing is about the same as the pricing of everybody else. They always call if they are ever going to be late.

I have had them out 3 times and all their guys are very nice and do not put the fear factor in you. They looked for the most likely cause and pursed that course of action. They are honest and reasonably priced. When I talked to the service man about a future 2 way clean out he went over with me where it should go and the reasons why. I appreciated the information and will have that work done in the future with Hanna Plumbing.

They saved us thousands of dollars; another company quoted that they needed something that was going to be $4,000. The guy seemed knowledgeable to us and really knew what was going on underneath our house. He gave us a little more information; he was more inclined towards the customer rather than an advocate for the company making money. They were great and were affordable. We were really happy and were comfortable.

I thought they did a good Job. I also thought it was expensive, but this is the first time this has happened to me so I don't really know the cost. When they first came out he opened the bedroom wall where it was leaking, and turned off the water to the house. But was unable to come back for one week to fix the leak. Which didn't give me a choice but to stay with them as they had already started and I couldn't really compare costs to fix from other plumbers. I would have liked to have known when they could fix the leak so I would have had the opportunity to see if other plumbers could have come out sooner and compare costs before he knocked a hole in the wall, at that time I had no choice but to stay with them. So time to come and fix and costs are what I am not sure of, but once again this was my first time with this problem and next time I will ask more questions before the job is started. Called Hanna Plumbing with an emergency on Sunday morning around 7.30. Received call back within 15 min. Was informed that there were two jobs ahead of mine and that he would be there around 11 am. called at 10 to let me know that he was to be there at 10.45 and arrived at that time. He got right to it and finished the job in about 1 h 10 min. Only charged me for 1 h labor and minimal parts costs. Could not have been happier and will use them for any plumbing issue in the future.

The technician showed up as promised after hours on the same day I called because I did not want to wait the entire weekend to get the problem fixed. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem line and replace the line. After replacing the line, the leak was fixed. He also noticed that the drain from the pan under the water heater was not draining to the correct area and he fixed that issue quickly so that if the pan should fill up in the future, it will drain properly.

Hanna is an old company that has been around for a long time. They live up to their name. When they came over they came within the timeframe. They always come closer to the earlier time and are ready to get the problem taken care of.They do good work. They are always helpful and I would highly recommend them.

Hanna Plumbing did an excellent job. I called them after another plumber was out three times in a month and couldn't fix the issue. That plumber was recommending a $500 job that included digging up my front yard. Hanna came in and fixed the issue in ONE visit and it has been six months now with no issues. If I have plumbing issues in the future, I'm definitely calling Hanna again.

Other than not having a part on the truck and therefore needing to return, the service went very smoothly. I am thrilled to have our new Toto toilet. It was not as expensive as I feared but it is just as wonderful as everyone had told me.

Final installation was fine, but technician wasn't sufficiently familiar with the connections needed, so needed nearly 2 hours instead of what probably should have been a 1 hour job. As a result, cost for job (per hour) was nearly double what we expected.

Well. They delivered and installed a new water heater in the garage. While the tech. was waiting for the water heater to drain, he installed the garbage disposal. The old water heater was slow draining and the plumber called and got another plumber to help him remove the old one. No fuss, no Muss!

They are great we have also, we are going to have a stair electric we have called some man next week. They are really good they come before they even say they are going to come they are very very good. They are very kind, I really appreciate that. I think they came out a couple of days before Thanksgiving.

All toilets were replaced in a timely fashion and There was minimal touch up work after. (Carpet and paint)

When we needed a plumbing help, I had no time to research on Angie's List so I just went to the closest one and I went to them and they got here punctually and they were clean, they didn't leave a mess and they gave us some helpful outside of the work they did, helpful knowledge about our house in the plumbing standpoint and I will use them again.

Tech arrived within estimated time frame. Fixed problem within 15 min and allowed me to get on with my day.

We had just returned from a 2 week vacation and arrived home on a Sunday to find that our house's gate water valve that I had closed prior to our leaving was stripped and now useless. My wife gave me a quick lecture on the importance of water or the lack thereof and I quickly logged onto Angie's List and tried to find a good plumber who would come out on a Sunday. I found Hanna Plumbing and left a voice message on their answering machine. Less than 15 minutes later Chris called and after describing the problem to him, he said it would be no problem and would take about 1 hour to replace. Less than an hour later, Chris arrived and began work. In about an hour he had cut out the old valve and replaced it with a new and improved version. Chris was friendly, competent, and professional. The bill was $158.00 which I thought was a real value. (so did my wife) I would certainly recommend Hanna Plumbing to anyone and would not hesitate to use them again.
