Description of Work: Thy Swept and Inspected our Chimney. And Installed a new Chimney Cap. |Our whole experience with Chim Chimney was Awesome!!! We will definitely recommend them for any Chimney Cleaning/Sweeping and Inspection; etc... And we will definitely have them service our Chimney again. They were very respectful on our newly refinished hardwood floors and cleaned up very well after themselves. Again, Chim Chimney "Super Awesome"!!! :)

A job well done...
Description of Work: Developed a bird nesting problem in and around the caps of my two chimineys. Both chimineys were inspected and wire mesh screening was installed blocking the birds access. The job was completed quickly and professionally. Tom was courteous and efficient and did not try to sell or suggest any addition repairs that were not necessary.

Description of Work: Had my chimney inspected and cleaned. He was prompt and professional and did not try and sell me services and parts I did not need. I was thinking of getting an insert because the heat all goes up my chimney and he told me about a heat reflector to place in the back of the firebox- went right out and purchased and boy does it work. I will be having him out again next year.

Glen called to let me know he was on his way. Very honest, told me I didn't need to clean chimney now and should wait a year or two. He kept fireplace area clean and was professional and pleasant. I have used him before and I consider him to be the best around. I highly recommend him-and I'm very picky!
Description of Work: Checked chimney and cleaned cap on top of roof. Checked for cracks or any other abnormalities and found nothing.

MY FIRST TIME HAVING CHIMNEYS SWEPT. GLENN, AND HELPER, WERE PUNCTUAL, PERSONABLE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND NEAT. THEY INSPECTED BOTH CHIMNEYS TO SEE IF THEY NEEDED SERVICE, AND I TRUST THEY ONLY DID THE WORK THAT WAS NEEDED. GLENN NOTICED ONE OF THE LOG BURNERS WAS CORRODED IN THE BACK. I'D FORGOTTEN ABOUT THIS, SO WHEN HE BROUGHT IT TO MY ATTENTION, AND SAID HE COULD REPLACE IT FOR $40. THAT SOUNDED VERY REASONABLE, ESPECIALLY SINCE I'D HAD ANOTHER ONE REPLACED BY A PLUMBER FOR MORE THAN TWICE THAT LAST YEAR! HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND. OH, AND GLENN IS A CERTIFIED CHIMNEY SWEEP. NOT ALL OF THEM ARE, SO BE SURE YOU HIRE A CERTIFIED ONE.
