My AC went out on a Thursday night and all night I worried I wouldn’t be able to find anyone to come out until Monday, especially this time of year. Around 2 am I started looking around to who I might call and asked for quotes on the home advisor app. Right about 7 am I got a call from Balance Comfort and they had time Friday. The guy came right on time. He was courteous and professional. He explained what part went out as well as giving me the results of the other parts he tested. He changed my air filter for me as well which I really appreciated as I can no longer do it myself. I would hire this company again.

Install went as scheduled. One suggestion: Workers need to introduce themselves, they are wearing Balanced Comfort shirts, no name. Waiting for someone from Management to contact me to see If I have any issues........... Customer Service!!

Arrived promptly. Explained everything clearly as they performed service. Gave me hints as to what to watch out for future issues. We are very helpful and courteous. The only issue is I thought the price a bit too high. A capacitor that sells for 110 was sold to me for 242, double retail. The service price was high for the amount of time spent. Units were right next to each other. 200 for 2 units is too high.

Technician could have tried a little harder to solve Swamp cooler issue, It ended up just needing to push a reset button on a GFCI electrical outlet next to swamp cooler unit.

Juan and Daniel both did a tremendous job in installing my attic insulation. Courteous and professional and efficient. I would recommend these guys to anyone who would want to upgrade their attic insulation. They were great!!!

I ve had several other HVAC repairmen here and they topped off Freon and left, never checking WHY my unit was leaking. Balanced Comfort repairmen did a thorough search for the leak and found it! I can t afford to fix it, but now I know what to fix when I have the funds! They spent a lot of time explaining my choices and I appreciate that.

Don t rely on advertisement. I discovered Balanced Comfort through home advisor and took previous customer rating how they perform. Aaron and Gerry promptly provides transaction worth your money. I had other company come and do their quotes for replacing my HVAC unit but they are the only one that gave us the most practical amount without breaking the bank. Their employees Juan, Felipe and Ivan are very professional to finish the job. Highly recommended.
