All technical, professional and customer services performed by your plumbing technician Sage Stanley were excellent. I am, however, still waiting to receive a copy of the project cost invoice and look forward to receiving it soon, preferably via email attachment at omalfy@comcast.net. I do look forward to having Balanced Comfort and technician Mr. Sage Stanley available as my go to guys for future plumbing issues.

Balanced Comfort called me and scheduled an appointment for Saturday. The technician, Peter, came out and checked my water heater. It could be repaired, but I decided to get a new one instead. He was so efficient and professional, and the company gave me such a good price on a new water heater I didn't even get another bid. Peter came out today and installed the new heater. I thought I would have to wait until Monday to get anything done. I was really impressed by Peter as a representative of Balanced Comfort. From now on they are my plumbers of choice.

They are so nice and very professional. In the heat of the summer they hunted down my part and my air was fixed in a couple days. Also I won the November Yield Sign. I keep their sign in my front yard and won $100.00. I will keep the sign there because I think they're a great Company and do a great job.

Two very pleasant Balanced Comfort men came on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up pretty well. The best part is that I can feel the difference -- the temperature in my house stays more even, and I am more comfortable. I expect more of the same even when the weather turns colder.
