They were very throurough on inspecting both the A/C and the heater. Explained all items carefully and provided us with a detailed report afterwards with photos.

Balanced comfort removed my old unit and ducting, relocated the new unit And ducting where I wanted it,patched the old hole, installed insulation in attic and made sure we were satisfied with everything. They did it at $6,000 cheeper than others that would only relocate the unit and no roof repair or attic insulation. I would recommend Balanced Comfort to anyone!!!

He was smart, answered all my questions, explained how the existing AC system was operating and how improvements could be made for more efficient AC system. Perhaps a bit pricey but very solid work. The estimator was professional and on time, the workers were competent and on time, and they cleaned up when they were done. Overall would recommend.

Just had new HVAC rooftop system put in. They were very professional from start to completion. They added more insulation & replaced return ducts. Everything working fine, but waiting to see my PG&E bill when it hits a 100 degrees. Hope it was all worth the cost. Old unit was 27 years old & had to get replaced. Satisfied so far in Clovis, Ca.
