Description of Work: They did a great job. However, when we told them that we had our own Bona Cleaner and furniture polish and told them to use this on our laminate floors and wood furniture. At first they balked at doing this, but they eventually did this. I EMAIL'ed Glenda Lopez and explained to her what had happened. I told her that if I use her people in the future I would like them to use our Bona Cleaner and wood furniture polish when they clean. I asked her if that would be OK. I never go a return call back on this? So I am not sure whether she wants my business or not?
