They were fabulous! I got stuck in traffic due to fires that day and they waited at least 30 minutes for me to arrive to meet them there. They did an excellent job - many parts of condo had probably not been cleaned in years and the whole place sparkled literally. It was crew of two people and they spent about 3 hours on 2 bedroom, 2 bath small condo. This was provided about a year ago and I don't recall what was charged. Whatever it was, it was worth every penny. I was thrilled with the job they did as it felt and smelled clean with every surface free of dust and grime.

Glenda had been cleaning my house for almost two years. At first, it was wonderful. Then Glenda stopped coming and the crew without her. I noticed big changes. I talked to Glenda about them but, service didn't improve.

I was thoroughly impressed with Glenda and the ladies who came with her. They went right to work and did a fantastic job.

Glenda was very professional, had all the right equipment, skills, and knowledge. She and her assistant arrived ahead of time (she was very flexible as appointment had to be re-scheduled twice), courteous, went beyond the essentials (took blinds down washed and re-hung.) My house is gleaming.

I was searching for a reliable and affordable cleaning crew for my mom who uses Glenda now. Glenda returned my call quickly, we immediately set up a day and time for an estimate. She was very punctual meeting my mom for the estimate. Others I have called just gave a price over the phone without going over to her house. I did not like the idea of one price for all house sizes. My mom's house is only 1500 square feet, so it should not cost the same as a 3000 sq. foot house! Glenda came with two other women and they all cleaned my mom's house very well and thorough! It hasn't been THAT clean since my mom's other cleaning guy she used for years, but now retired. The second time Glenda came, she brought another woman, Glenda herself was again fantastic, but my mom had issues with her helper, who skipped quite a bit and virtually did not clean by far as well as the other two women before. I called Glenda to ask if she can come from now on with the other two women, and she gladly agreed! They came a couple of weeks ago and performed excellent! VERY HAPPY WITH GLENDA AND HER TWO HELPERS! They come once a month.

They are an excellent group of workers. I trust them completely. Many times I've had to be gone when they come and I leave a check on the table. The house looks wonderful. They are thorough, prompt, reliable, and very responsive. I recommend them very highly. They are also very friendly and good with animals.

Overall, they were on time. They did a wonderful job and their rates were reasonable.
