Description of Work: At Beginning Sales person arrived on time for estimate and was very corteous and explained everything in detail. Installers arrived on date that was promised and on time, the install went smooth and the crew made sure the fence and the area is clean before the project is completed.

Description of Work: We had a 2-rail ranch style fence with 2 gates installed. We had some odd design requests and they totally helped us figure that out. We're on a corner lot, so it was a lot of feet of fence. They did it all in one day, went the extra mile on our mailbox placement, and the crew was friendly and professional. Found out nearly everyone on our block has used these guys. If we had more to do, we'd totally use them again.

Description of Work: Service was great from the beginning, came out twice to talk about layout and discuss price. Fence was ready to install in a couple weeks and went up in 3 days on a fairly large property. Everyone involved was wonderful.

Description of Work: Installed 40 ft of fence on a driveway slope with solar lights. Contoured to the slope of the driveway. Installed 3 gates which are perfect with nice hardware and auto closing hinges. A crew of two guys did the whole job in 1 day. Jack, the sales rep, came out twice and had great suggestions on changing the existing wood design to have wider gates and the correct materials. Quality of the job and materials is A+. I graded on the price as a B as it was more than my budget, but well worth the money for a quality finished fence and gates. I had other quotes that were just about the same. I went with them as they were always responsive with any questions and were on time at every turn. I still have more fencing to do in the back yard and Vinyl Fence Depot will get the job.

Description of Work: Job: Install 94 feet of fence. |Sales guy,Arthur was great, very responsive! Installer Roger and assistant were very professional and extremely hard working. Practically none stop all day. |Although the wrong color of fence was delivered, it was replaced within 2 hours and it did not delay the work schedule.

I forgot what the estimate said but it was in line with other fencing companies, somewhere between $2,000 to 3,000. I did want to wait before saying yes just to see if anyone else had a better value or some specials.
Description of Work: I telephoned to get someone to come out and give me an estimate on vinyl fencing. I have about a quarter acre size lot. They came out on time and measured the yard. They also showed me what types they had to offer.

+ -1 moreThe fence looks good. They did take away all the old materials. This was a one-day job, and they did not get started until after 10:00 A.M. Therefore, they did not finish until about 7:30 P.M., when it was too dark to examine the work. They insisted on being paid before they left. In the morning, it became clear that they had left a huge mess. There were tiny pieces of white plastic everywhere, in the flower beds, on the decking, in the pool, on the driveway, and on the patio. We called to complain, and one of the workmen came on Saturday morning to clean up, but he was surly and argumentative. He was mad that we had complained. He suggested that the plastic should be hosed into the street or blown away. He said, ''After all, it's not asbestos.'' He also suggested our gardener should be responsible for cleaning it up.
Description of Work: They removed a rotted wooden fence and replaced it with vinyl fencing. The job entailed about 115 linear feet of privacy fencing around a pool. They had to sink poles in concrete for the gate.

+ -1 moreThey did what they said they would do. The crew was on time, organized and unfailingly polite and considerate. They were prepared by their boss for doing a job that was not easy due to it being on a slope and the need to work around some major Juniper branches at various points along the length of the fence. They were smart, hard working guys who worked nearly 10 hours to complete the job in one day with the help of my outdoor lighting. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves as they worked. They asked if what they did for cleanup (and other installation details) was acceptable to me. I've had so many other service providers leave a mess and think they were finished because they had done an installation. Initially, some guys were not attentive to some landscaping and were stepping on plants and shrubs. When I noticed what they were doing and told them about it, they apologized and stopped doing it. Overall, that is a very minor part of overall excellent work.
Description of Work: Removed old fences. Prepared site for new fences. Installed two new privacy fences and two gates.

I THOUGHT IT WAS A VERY GOOD QUALITY OF WORK. THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO AND THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT THEY DID. I THOUGHT THAT WAS VERY GOOD.
