The service was very satisfactory, they did not clean up after the work, we did the clean up after them. Their pricing was competitive.

After speaking with a few contractor friends, each of them recommended this company. I waited a week for an estimate. Twenty minutes after the scheduled appointment, I called the office and they said my appointment was cancelled, but they will send an estimator within an hour. The estimator showed up and we reviewed the work needed. He took measurements and said he would email me in about two days. I never received the estimate. I called a week after the initial estimate and spoke with him. He said he was 'very busy' and will send the estimate by the end of the day. Nothing received. I called the next day and sent him a text message. No response to either. I don't know what the issue is and was looking forward to working with them since they were highly recommended.

We had a fence that was falling over, it was a wooden fence and they put up a vynil fence and it's standing up. It went well. Their price is good.

Very well. Steve was good on working out the details, pricing, and measuring. Also came by to check the installation before the crew left. The driveway gate was a little complicated because it included a 5' section of fence next to the gate, and the gate post had to be set in concrete. The two man crew arrived just a little later than scheduled, but worked efficiently. We're very happy with the final result.

my purchase with this company ran very smoothly from beginning to end!! met with PAULl, person who quoted price for fence. he is an excellent rep for the company addressed all my needs! 75 ft MOCHA COLOR FENCE was put in yesterday...wow transforms the whole property!! HARRY & SAM came over to install and boy they had their work cut out for them...because there was a tree trunk that was pushing fence back a little and gap had to be covered at an angle... and the ground under fence had cement that was irregular! they did a great job...and this was not an easy installation...took the whole day! nice guys ... and worked with me as to how much space i wanted underneath fence. all in all ....excellent! very happy with results!

It went amazing. They were very professional and very neat. I realize I am writing about 5 1/2 yrs after but I recently had to call them back as someone sat on one of the rails and it broke. The salesman, Jack Kbjian was very understanding and was able to order a new rail and one of his men installed it for me. I am very, very pleased with their service.

Jack was my sales person and was very professional and timely with his communications to me. He even made a second visit to my home to made sure I fully understand the scope of the project. On the day of my installation he stopped by to ensure the installation team understood exactly what was needed. The two gentlemen that installed the new gate did an awesome job and were good with their communications and were professional. They also did an excellent job in cleaning up.. Highly recommend....

The entire experience with this company was outstanding from start to finish. Edmond came to give us an estimate punctually as scheduled. He was very knowledgeable and gave invaluable advice in helping up choose which gates would best suit our needs, . Since one of the gates had broken the day before and the house and pool not properly protected, he managed to expedite the order and when aninstallation opening become available for the next day, he scheduled that time slot. The crew ,headed by Harry, arrived on time and worked efficiently and neatly and Edmond came by to check on it. We are very happy with the results. We would highly recommend this company and the staff that worked with us with special thanks to Edmond.

I absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needs vinyl fence or gate I had a good experience with this company from day one when the sales gentleman Paul came to my house to the end when two other gentleman installed the fence and gates very professional I really care about how individuals talk to me and treat me .

This is the second fence that this company installed for me. They arrived on time, and finished just as I got home from work. The fence looks great and is exceptionally sturdy. The concrete footings were done perfectly in our sandy soil. The only problem was that when I came home I asked the installers if they were done so I could let my dogs out into the yard because they had been in the house all day. They told me everything was fine so I let the dogs out, They checked out the new fence and a couple of minutes later I realized that they weren't in the house or the yard. I went out front and saw that the installers had left the gate open. I can't see this gate from the backyard. I drove around the block looking for them and when I got home a couple of minutes later I found that one of my dogs had been hit by a car. Thank goodness he wasn't hurt too badly, but it was a very close call. I rushed him to the vet and there were some serious abrasions, but nothing was broken. I called my contact at the company, Jack, and told him what happened. We discussed this a few times because I felt it was the fault of the installers. The company agreed to pay half of my vet bill. I did not accept that because they assured me that the yard was okay for my dogs before I let them out.. Eventually Jack got back to me and agreed to give up his commission to reimburse me for the vet bill, and a little extra to cover my bill. Jack was always helpful and always returned my calls, etc. He truly cared about me and my dogs. This is why I used this company for the second time. Thank you Jack.

They were very punctual and professional. Answered all my questions and provided sample materials as well as brochures. They seem to use high quality products. Got back to me with an estimate 2 days after the site visit. They wanted $5,400 for 46 linear feet and a 10 foot double swing gate. Price was a bit expensive and we opted not to go with vinyl, but i would consider using them if i needed a vinyl fence.

They came out and promised me that I would get 20% as advertised on their smart shopper advertisement. After the job was complete, they didn’t want to honor it and told me my job didn’t qualify. I told them I wasn’t going to pay the extra difference and they followed me out to my car to make a deal. We finally agreed on $300 off. They told me that the balcony needed three days for the cement in the post to harden. After three days, I went out and looked at the post on the handrail, and they were very wobbly. I pulled off the cap and noticed there wasn’t cement in the middle post. I called and explained this to the company and they sent someone out to look at it. I called the next day to see where we were at, and they told me that they needed to send a quality control person out. I then waited another day, and still haven’t had anyone come out. My daughter almost fell of the balcony due to how wobbly the rail was. They did a good job, but it’s just not safe without the concrete in the post and I would just like this corrected and to have the 20% honored as advertised and I’ll change my review. They came back and put cement in the post. Still waiting for my discount 0f 20 % they promised me

They were very honest. They gave us an estimate. They gave us a discount because we're Angie's List members. They did the work as promised. They were efficient. They cleaned up. We were very satisfied. We were very happy with the provider. Their quality was excellent. I would give them all A's.

I cant say enough about this company. We made an appt. with Minas Tashchyan for advice, consultation and price. He was here exactly at the time he said. His knowledge about the product was exceptional. He put us right at ease. His crew are possibly the hardest and nicest workers we have ever had. Quick, efficient and clean!! They finished the job on time and it is beautiful!! We have now decided to sign a new contract for more work to be done!! We did that today and the work will start as soon as the supplies arrive! Please do not hesitate to call this company, they are excellent

From start to finish we were really happy working with VFD. We worked directly with Jack. Jack came out twice for consultations before we signed the contract. On the first visit Jack took measurements and suggested the best way to build and install the gates. Then we reviewed the different vinyl options. Part of the reason we called VFD out was that they offered Cambium, a vinyl that looks like wood. My husband was leaning towards white vinyl, where I was leaning towards the Cambium. Jack wanted us to be happy with our choice, so he offered to come out for a second consultation where he brought several large pieces of the Cambium and white vinyl and built part of a panel next to our house. Once we saw the Cambium, our decision was clear - we went with the Cambium. A few weeks later, after they fabricated the gates at their warehouse, a crew came by to do the installation. It took about a half a day to do the installation. The crew was on time and professional. The gates look really good. We are very happy with the look and quality and we have received many compliments from our neighbors. It's been about 6 months now and the gates still look really good. I would definitely recommend VFD and to work with Jack.

I received at least 5 quotes for this job, and this company's price was the most competitive. I was concerned as they are located in the Valley and the project was in the South Bay. I asked for a nearby reference and contacted the former client. The client said that the installation went well, so I hired this company. Zartan and his crew arrived on time. They worked very hard and cleaned up at the end of the day. The fence was plumb and straight. In fact, my neighbor had their vinyl gates installed years ago by another local company and when my fence was put in, they realized that their gate was crooked! Zartan told me how to clean and adjust my gates. There was a problem that arose. The combination locks I ordered were installed on the gates in the factory. One gate lock worked, the other did not. Zartan told me that the locks were new and he didn't know how to work them, but that he would contact my salesperson and have him come out the next day to fix it. Zartan also told me that I didn't have to be home for this appointment. The next day, the salesperson did not arrive. I contacted him, and he came out that weekend. When he arrived, he didn't know about the lock, so I assume Zartan didn't tell him. The salesperson couldn't get the lock working after an hour. He said he would come out and fix it sometime soon. Unfortunately, he was going on vacation and I was not anxious to wait further as I had already paid in full. The salesperson was not responsive to my request, and I had to call Sam the owner. Sam was wonderful and the salesperson came out the next day to tend to the lock. My husband met the salesperson and my husband fixed the lock after reading the instructions. I would recommend, and have already recommended this company. They use quality materials and have a great install team. I think the locks should be tested before they leave the factory, and all crew members should be familiar with them. But, as I was told that the locks were new, I will assume that the crew is now fully aware of how to work and install the locks.

Years ago they installed a pool fence for us. Their work was quick and clean and the end result was good. Later when we had to replace our perimeter fence we got a few quotes. They were not the company I chose but my neighbor insisted that we go with them - the largest section was along our shared property line. A few weeks after the fence was installed, an entire section of panel fell out of the frame. They came quickly and fixed it. Each summer, in the heat, the gate they installed would swell and become more difficult to open and close. I called, they came out and adjusted it, but the problem continued. After several calls and several promises to come to repair the gate, Jack finally came out and agreed that the gate was too large, it could not be adjusted any further and needed to be rebuilt. He promised it would be fixed by the end of the week. They no showed. Several phone calls later with more no shows - I finally gave up, took the gate apart and rebuilt it myself. Jack was very nice each time I spoke with him but did not live up to his word.
