The job was great. The representative Jack was prompt and very detailed . The day of the instalation went very well and they finished ahead of the schedule. I recommend the Vinyl Fence Depot .

Mike the Service Professional we dealt with was very knowledgable, respectful and a pleasure to do business with. He was true to his word. I was concerned when his crew did not show up early in the morning, however they pulled up mid morning, the crew completed installation by mid afternoon. They took a great deal of pride in their work. They completely cleaned up when they were finished. They did an excellent job. We were extremely satisfied. The only word of caution is know exactly what you want at the time you commit to the job. We called Mike out to give us an estimate on a small gate on the side of our home. The quote was $900.00 Mike said it was high due to our request after the initial installation. He said he would have to use the full grew and pay labor costs. We therefore did not purchase any additional services.

The job went great! The representative we worked with Karl was superb! He came to our house and gave his a thorough report with the estimate about the job. When we agreed to use them they came promptly and completed the job in one day! Again the outcome of what this company accomplished is stunning. We will definitely use this company again. Of all the companies we have used from Angie's List. They are the best!

Overall Vinyl Fence Depot did a great job. The estimate was very thorough and they even came back to confirm the original estimate and adjusted it down after re-reviewing the job. The person that did the estimate was professional, well spoken and courteous. The actual workers that did the work were timely, professional and did a great job. The only negative is their communication and follow up wasn't very good, though I expect them to improve in that area. I had to bug them for the written estimate and they forgot to notify me when they were coming to install. Still the overall work, quality and price, as well as the people they employ made me quickly forget all of that. I would not hesitate to use them again and plan on doing so, which would sum up my overall experience, communication aside. I cannot recommend them any higher.

He is waiting on us to finish our driveway before finishing the fence. He was able to come out and give a very thorough run down of his company and what they could provide. His crew came out 2 days later to start the project. They did a very good job and were very friendly. They also cleaned up after themselves.

They started the job very quickly, exactly when I requested. They arrived on time and finished on time, cleaned up their mess and left a great new fence and gate. There was a problem that I didn't even notice, and when they came out to finishe the job they called me and told me about it, then fixed it right then and there. Very professional, the price was fair and they were very responsive to my needs and requests. It was finished all in one day. I am very pleased and recommend them highly.

We visited the showroom on Oxnard Street and met with Mike who answered all of our questions and made suggestions for our patio cover. We were pleasantly surprised that there was absolutely no sales pressure, and we left without even being asked to give our names or phone number. We got a couple of other estimates, and then called Mike and asked him to come out to the house. We felt that his price was very fair. We noticed that other reviews gave a 'B' rating for price, but feel that might possibly be because vinyl is more expensive than some other materials. We feel that Vinyl Fence Depot deserves an 'A' in every category. Mike was very responsive to our phone calls, and the workers were prompt and neat. Over the years we have had a great variety of work done on our home, and this was definitely one of the best experiences. We highly recommend the company and thank them for the beautiful job they did.

The price was the highest compare to two other companies I called. I explained to the sales person that I have a difficult neighbor that we need to handle the installation very delicately, he doesn't seem to be concern from my point of view. And told me if anything happen during the construction and the fence couldn't be build as schedule, I am still responsible to pay for the labor. Even if the price is competitive, I would not hire they as they show no concern of the customers.

Overall, VFD did a great job on our perimeter fence. The end product looks beautiful and is very sturdy and super strong. The guys who worked on the project all worked super hard. My only complaints were (1) price (they were certainly not the cheapest, but I guess you generally get what you pay for); and (2) the workers left behind a lot of debris and garbage (and cigarette butts!) in our driveway, bushes and front yard. Ultimately they sent someone out to clean it all up after I called them on it (they had to come out twice, actually, since the first time didn't get most of the junk), but looking back on it the garbage issue was relatively minor (more annoying than anything else). I would definitely recommend VFD to anyone looking for a new fence, designed well and built solidly (the right way, not the cheap/cutting corners way). Just be aware that they are a bit more expensive than others (although they will negotiate on price if you ask to) and watch them closely towards the end to make sure they don't leave their mess behind.

We got a couple estimates before deciding on Vinyl Fence Depot. They gave us a discount when we mentioned we were an Angie's List member. In addition to the lower price, they had more colors to choose from. They had a nice dark brown color named "Cambium" which is the one we selected. We only had to replace a small section of our backyard fence for now since my dog was able to climb and jump over the existing chain link fence. My husband and I discussed the different fencing options and we decided on vinyl from a company that specializes in this and offers a lifetime warranty, as opposed to Home Depot which sells a lower quality of vinyl. Vinyl Fence Depot gave us a free estimate. When we called them back to schedule an appointment, they were able to come back a week later to install the fence. Since it was a fairly small job, only one guy came to install the fence. He hauled away the old fence and left the area nice and clean. The fence looks great. We will definitely use this company again when we are ready to replace more of our backyard fence.

The options and pictures were plentiful and thinking of using these guys for front yard fence. They were prompt, priced reasonably and completed the work. They also cleaned up any debris and left a clean area.

I am extremely happy with the finished work. I would for sure use Vinyl Fence Depot again and highly recommend them to all. Three years ago I had a different company instal vinyl fencing in my back yard and there is no comparison in the work. The hinges that the other company put on my two gates were flimsy and not working properly. Arthur replaced them for me out of the goodness of his heart. Now that's what I call good customer service. I have had several neighbors comment on my beautiful gate.

I called to ask them for an estimate. Michael came out to look at the fence I wanted to replace. The fence is between my patio and my car port. He explained that they would demolish the current fence and replace it with a vinyl fence which would last, unlike the wooden fences I had replaced a couple of times. He gave me an estimate which I thought was high--not compared to other estimates. It was sticker shock. I just wasn't prepared for the price of vinyl in 2011 unlike the price of wood 15 years ago when I last replaced the fence. He explained exactly what they would do and that the fence was guaranteed, so that if ever I had a problem with it they would come and fix it. I okayed it. He said they'd have a date for me in a week or two, but he had a cancellation, so the fence was installed sooner than I had expected. The work was done neatly and quickly. Within four hours I had a beautiful new fence, and the work area was clean and tidy. I am very pleased with the fence and the self-closing gate. They are nice people. If I ever decide to have the patio cover replaced, I will definitely call on Vinyl Depot. They do good work.

We were a bit apprehensive as to how it would look but when we saw the finished product, we were very pleased. It was also a nice touch for Levon to call and follow up. We would definitely recommend them. Thanks Levon and crew for a job well done!

We liked them, they were very good. They came out right when I called them. We set up an appointment for about a week later and he was right on time. He brought us samples of the fencing and left them with us, he brought us a color brochure and told us the options of the different colors. He told us what he felt would look good and discussed what we thought would look good. All he wanted me to go was go to the city and get a permit and tell them what we wanted to do, he said it would be better for us and for them. So I just have to go to the city planning commission.

We like the fact that we could find a lot of information for them on Angie's List. They've been in business a lot longer than the other quotes we got. They came out, took pictures, and gave us a written quote and followed up. We are going to use them.

Vinyl Fence Depot sent a representative promptly, who was able to answer my questions. They provided a written quote with details. As I dealt with numerous potential vendors, I learned details that made changes to the potential order. They adjusted the quote numerous times without complaint. They also contacted and worked with my five (!) adjoining neighbors (due to our flag-shaped lot), providing them with lein releases on request, and billing them separately when requested. They arrived with a large crew, who were careful not to damage anything. Each time a question would come along, they would contact us and very carefully explain the options. All-in-all, it was an amazing experience to have with a contractor. I strongly recommend them without hesitation.

They came, they measured, they asked if we wanted any changes from original design, and they installed everything perfectly. They were done in the exact time prescribed.

They said there was a lifetime warranty on it and I called them back just recently to let them know that it had fallen out of adjustment. They came over and adjusted it for me and it works perfectly. I expected a hassle when I called them up to let them know that it needed to be adjusted and I thought that it would take forever for them to come out, if they did come out. They did come out and take care of it. I don't know if we got a good price or not; we didn't get any other estimates. They came when they said they were going to come. The salesman was okay, but the workers were a little rough around the edges.

They were very professional and their work was outstanding. We had 2 old gates and they removed them. They cleaned up very well. Everything was excellent about them.

Carl, designed the gate and second fence to my specifications. When someone, perhaps my gardener, sprayed the fence with something that discolored it after about a month, Carl and another representative immediately responded to my request for help. They came a second time with a cleaner and it is like new again. I am doubly pleased with the initial installation and subsequent customer service.

Overall the job went very well. We had gone to Vinyl Fence Depot two or three times to look at our options in their showroom, and Jack came to our house once to measure and advise us about what would look best. Once we had made our decision (the hard part), the crew was out two days later to begin the work. They poured the concrete supports on Monday and finished the job on Wednesday. The pergola is very solid and looks great! I have only two complaints. The first is that they could not replace the interlocking pavers around the posts. These pavers were removed to dig the holes for the concrete supports. We were told in advance that they would not do this, so I shouldn't complain, but I wish that they could do this so that I wouldn't have to call someone else to complete this final step. The second complaint is that the crew washed out their wheelbarrows and dumped the concrete sediment in my neighbor's yard. My neighbor was, understandably, very upset about this. I did pass this information on to Jack, who was apologetic.

Gary was the sales rep. They did it all in one day. 4 guys came out do to the job. It looks great and I have received a lot of compliments from my neighbors. He also shows you pictures of other jobs they have done. They can also add custom details to the fence as well. Everything is custom made at their shop.
