Description of Work: An hour before the appt I was emailed to inform me that an error had been made and the time had been double booked. I was offered another day. I felt that I should have been better accomodated. I cleared my schedule and an hours notice and not being called directly was annoying. I feel that I should have been offered another time that day and an apology.
