 + 0 moreI am very very happy with The Phone Expert. Lorenzo met me at the building three times due to not having the right keys for the phone room (no charge). He checked the existing wiring and concluded that all new wires needed to be run. He scheduled it right away and gave us a very good price. We got another quote from a vendor we have used in the past and his quote was way off base. Lorenzo knows his stuff. He was courteous and extremely helpful in giving us names of a locksmith and IT Guy, which were both great. Lorenzo was on time, stayed until we were up and running. He went above and beyond what he was contracted for. He located and purchased a new phone for our outdated system. I can not say enough about his workmanship. He made our move easy. I would highly recommend him for any size job, he knows his phones.
Description of Work: We moved our office from Studio City to West Van Nuys. We have and older phone system (AT&T Merlin) still in good condition and we wanted to keep it. We needed to run the phone lines from the ground floor of a two story building to an office space on the second floor on the opposite side of the building. We added a DSL Line and a fax line.

 + 1 moreWe have had several problems with our complicated System phones and the other day they had crashed again. I called every electrician on the List in my area and none wanted to deal with phones unless it was new house wiring; they kept telling me to call the phone company (who had already determined that it wasn't their problem). Luckily there is someone like Lorenzo who knows every phone and wiring system inside and out. He told me his rates over the phone before we agreed he would come over. He came over promptly, located the problem, fixed it and unprompted he even showed us how to work our other phone features. Lorenzo is a fun character, totally honest and he really knows his stuff.
Description of Work: He inspected every jack, tested every line and every phone until he found the problem.
