Lorenzo was very responsive and ended up having to replace the unit. He was punctual, friendly, fast (without rushing) and extremely patient. He explained briefly the mechanics of the phone and was prepared with another unit so everything was completed in one visit. Lorenzo is indeed a Phone Expert!

Excellent result. Lorenzo pinpointed the problem and arranged to have Vonage send a new unit. He also saw to it that I would be able to have Vonage recompense all charges since the problem was theirs. Additionally, Lorenzo gave me valuable information regarding international calling.

The guys Lorenzo sent to me were a disaster. I thought they worked for him, but it turned out they were just someone Lorenzo knew. I spent a lot of time looking a reviews and researching experiences on Angies list. It was not until they gave me the bill that I realized they were from another company. Lorenzo totally misrepresented this situation. The guys he sent me were a disaster. They literally kept fighting with each other in front of me. It was incredibly unprofessional. One went missing for 1 1/2 to "get parts", but the parts he got didn't match and look terrible. It took 6 hours and they still didn't finish the job. Lorenzo can say he isn't responsible all he wants, but since he sent these guys to me - he ultimately is. Very bad form.

The technician did a thorough inspection and made some recommendations. He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. I will use them again without hesitation.

It went very well. We had some minor problems to deal with, but the end result is exactly what I wanted. I even had a little trouble with scheduling because we use our phones all day during the week, but Anthony was able to accommodate me on a Saturday morning.

Lorenzo was the guy who did the work and he was very good. If one rents an apartment then California State Law requires them to get the landlord to provide one functioning landline. We had a vacant unit and we were getting it painted. The tenant have had a whole bunch of Cable Company like computer lines, television service & installed them. I did not know which one was phone line and which was wasn't. We needed to take off all of surplus wiring, so the painters could paint. Lorenzo tracked down one good phone jack for us. He tagged the junction line on the basement so good that when the people had their service connected, the phone company would know which line was active to that unit. He was right on time. The area was fine and okay. He didn't do any construction, so there was no residue. He left it like he found it with the exception of he putting the tag on the telephone box. I would definitely recommend him.

Lorenzo is honestly a complete throwback to the days of when people took pride in their job, no matter the size and scope. He told us the truth, most importantly. He could have sold us a completely new phone system and charged us whatever, because we don't know anything about this kind of stuff. But instead, he enhanced what we already had and taught us how to use it more efficiently. Lorenzo is a true professional and certainly worthy of his business name. We would highly recommend him to anyone!

Lorenzo was very courteous, puntcual and friendly. He also suggested a fix on the cable coming into the new office which saved me money.

Once in a rare while does one get to know a true pro like Gagik. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and very honest. He never tried to change the originally quoted price even though he ended up spending more time than originally planned. He would always call in advance, show up on time and make sure that every bit of work was done to my satisfaction. I strongly recommend him as a Phone Expert for both residential and commercial telephone projects.

I don't have much to compare him to but I had a pretty arcane problem and he solved it.

Lorenzo was great. I hired a previous contractor to run ethernet to my bedroom, but they couldn't finish the job because of problems with the foundation of my house. I called Lorenzo for an estimate. He came the same day and checked out my house. Lorenzo saw that the phone company had already run ethernet cable to my bedroom - it just wasn't wired properly. Lorenzo fixed the wiring that the previous contractor had botched and had me up and running in less than an hour! Very honest. Very polite. I would definitely recommend him!

He was very professional and at all times considerate of causing the least amount disruption to my house and families routine. The system works flawlessly and I can not recommend Lorenzo highly enough. I will contact him again if I have any phone needs in the future. His work was exemplary!

I had the walls of my house wired with CAT 5 cable about 3 years ago but never went any further, I fianlly call this gentleman thanks to Angie's List. His quote was a little higher than others but he was busy, this lets me know that he has business. The others could come right out. and their quote was only $10 an hour less. I was told it should take an hour for the work that need to be done.(ends had to be put on on eand of each acable and trased to which room each wire goes too. This guy (I can't remember his name) called before he came over, came on time, worked for more than an hour, repaired some of the work that I had had done before, and still held to his phone quote. He will always get my business if I need any more phone work.

The Phone Expert was wonderful. I use him for all of my phone wiring needs. He is very professional, comes when he says he will and does a perfect job. I highly recommend his services, he is great!

We switched our home office and baby room. The only working phone jack (which is hooked up to router, phone, DirecTV and ethernet hub) is in the new baby's room. All of this equipment had to be moved. I called Lorenzo in the afternoon, and he said he could come between 8:30 and 9:30 am the next morning. He arrived at 8:45 am. When he arrived at 8:45 am, I decided to ask him if he could also run some ethernet cable to the new office, and a room upstairs. Even though Lorenzo had not come prepared for the ethernet job (undermanned, not dressed for crawlspace, only had an hour due to another appt), he said no problem, gave me a new quote and began work immediately. I was so impressed. He certainly could have just moved the phone jack, and come back later to run the ethernet cable. He wanted to do all at once, to make sure it was all done properly. Lorenzo is very knowledgeable, professional, fast and skilled. When he was finished he tested everything, showing me the 4 green lights that meant everything was running at 100%. But he didn't stop there. He insisted that I hook everything up, and he stayed until we saw that the phone, DirecTV, wireless, and the hardwired ethernet computers were all working. I was so impressed and happy with the price, that I even tipped him $20 as a way for saying thanks for accommodating my last minute request and getting the job done rapidly and professionally. We will call him again when we need more help, and we would insist that you hire him as well. You will not be disappointed!

Called Anthony based on the recommendations on Angie's List. He showed up when he said he would and he fixed the problem quickly and professionally. He was courteous and very helpful the whole time he was at the house. The first time he was supposed to come out the phones started working again the morning he was supposed to show up. I called Anthony and told him we didn't need him and he was very understanding. A few days later the phones stopped working again and Anthony was able to show up the next day. The only reason I dinged him for professionalism was that when I called the number listed on Angie's List, he answered the phone as if it was a personal number. He should have a separate line for his business or at least answer the phone with his company name. I almost hung up because I thought I had gotten a wrong number. All in all, I would definitely use The Phone Expert again.
