Description of Work: Quality control at Superior Awning is careless. When the awnings were sent they were missing three clips. They took them back and installed the clips. After one month, one other clip came unsewn. Make sure to check the product carefully.

Description of Work: Purchased awnings in '05. One failed (seam collapsed) in '10, just weeks before the 5-year mark. (The previous set had lasted 30 yrs.) The salesman who sold me the awnings offered me only a new set at full price! When I balked he referred me to the president of the company. When I called the prez and complained he had a crew come out, retrieve the awnings, take them to their shop, re-sew the seams and re-install them, no charge. Crews were punctual, polite, and professional. Bottom line, I'm satisfied and would use them again.
